New Years love

Dinner

Sarah and I decided to go to a restaurant near the beach. Not fancy but it was nice. A tall man with brown hair and blue eyes came up to take our order. "I'm your waiter for tonight what can I get you to drink." He said smiling at Sarah. "I'll just have some ice tea" Sarah said. "Okay." He said taking her menu and winking at her. "And for you?" He looked over at me. "Same." I said with a bit of attitude. He was clearly check out Sarah. MY wife. "Okay! I'll be right back with your drinks." The waiter said. I rolled my eyes as he walked away with our menus. "What's that for?" Sarah asked. "He was definitely checking you out babe." I said to her. "I'm sure he was just being friendly (y/n)." She said putting her hand in mine. I smiled back and brushed it off not wanting to ruin our date.

About 5 minutes later the man came with our drinks and brought a few napkins. "I'll take your orders now if you're ready." He said again eyes on Sarah. "We will both have an avocado cheese burger with fries." She said. The waiter took our order and left. We had been talking for a while about things we were going to do on our honeymoon. I then noticed the napkin Sarah was given had a little bit of writing on it. "Sarah." I said in embarrassment. "Yes baby." She replied after taking a sip of her tea. "That waiter gave you his number. It's written on the napkin." I said jealously. I was so annoyed and embarrassed about my behavior but that man was checking my wife out. "Look I'm sorry I sound childish but you're mine and I love you and seeing someone els--" I began rambling but Sarah scooted closer to me in the booth and pulled me into a deep kiss filled with passion. When I pulled away the waiter was standing right I front of us with our food. He looked speechless. "My wife is just so beautiful isn't she?" Sarah asked the waiter as he put our plates in front of us. "Mhm she is a beauty." He said blushing and nervously. "L-let me know if you need anything else." The waiter said smiling and the quickly walked away. Me and Sarah looked at each other and started to giggle. "I Sarah am in love with you (y/n)." She says. "And I mean it with all me heart." She says grabbing my face and looking into my eyes. "I love you with all my heart. Forever and always." I say grabbing her hand and pulling it up to kiss it. "Let's eat! I'm starving." I say grabbing a fry and plopping it in my mouth. "Okay." Sarah said laughing. "After we eat we will get into some more comfortable clothes and go to the beach like you wanted." Sarah said after chewing a bite of her burger. So we continued to eat dinner together without any problems.
