The Power of the Truth

Introduction

*Takes place after season 3 finale*

Hook, Emma, and August have been best friends ever since Emma, Hook, and Mary Margaret got back from the Enchanted Forest. They both like Emma, although no one knows that August likes Emma, while almost everyone knows that Hook likes her. If August tells her, he knows that  Emma will have to choose between them, and he doesn't want to do that to her. But what about that little trick about August being a "real boy"? Isn't withholding the truth the same thing as lying? What effect will that have on August, if he's not being selfless, brave, and true?

Here are some things I'm changing from the show:

1. Hook kept his original deal and never went back to work with Cora.

2. August didn't turn into wood.

3. The urn that Elsa came through didn't come through the time portal.

4. "Marian" didn't come through the time portal.

5. The kiss with Emma and Killian on the last episode of season 3 didn't happen, but she does know that he traded his ship to save her.
