Me and james have had some history together but very little he's like an older brother to me .when we're at party's he always makes sure I don't drink to much .i hug him back . I slowly start falling asleep.i feel him pick me up and set me on his bed and lay beside me pulling me closer .when I wake up he's sound asleep but I don't dare to wake him I look around the room .it finally hits me that I'm in his room .i haven't been in here in a long time .i still know exactly where everything it at .i go to the draw beside me and look in it and see a small pipe.its pretty it's blue with little swirly designs in it.i grab a little bag of pot and smoke a small bowl .its ok to do whatever here because James mom is dead and his dad is in jail .his dad kinda murdered his mom when he was 10 so then he went to live with his aunt and when he was 15 his aunt kicked him out for trying to cook dope in their basement so he just ended up back here .i finish the bowl and put everything back .i lay there thinking about last night and get scared again so I cuddle into James and feel him move he's awake .he starts laughing " really only here for a few hours and already into my stash " he says in a groggy voice .i laugh also as he wraps me in a tight hug . He pulls me on top of him and I blush ." Come on we need to get u home " he says i sigh and get up " weres my shoes " I ask and he goes to the other side of the bed grabbing my boots handing them to me I slip them on and wait for him to get ready .i spray on some of his cologne .i loved it it smelled so good .he carrys me to his car and puts me in and then gets in starting it ." Seatbelt now " he says " yes mother " I say sarcastically he rolls his eyes " it's for your own good " he says sternly " yeah yeah I know pancake " I say . He starts driving to my place .we pull up to my drive way and he stops and hands me a little box ." Here " he says I grab it " what's this " I ask " don't open it till u get in side ok? " he says I say ok and kiss him on the cheek and get out " I love u little bit " he says as I get out the car " I love u to pancake " I say back he smiles " text me when u get inside ok?" He says I nod my head and run up the hill as he drives off . I put the box in my pocket and look back at James and his car I swear I thought I saw him crying before he zoomed off .i walked in the house and went to my room .i grabbed my phone pulling up James number .
Me: I'm safe and inside can I open the box now ?
James : yes little bit open it :).
I open the box and see a little note i unfold it and read it .

U should know I love u more then anything in the world and u will always be my little sis but I have to go soon there gonna come looking for me and when they do I need u to be strong don't let them know I'm gone and I'm Jacob comes back run to the tree house. I have food and supplies there until he leave u alone or I kill him one . I love u little bit

I safe as tears start flowing down my face how could he how could he leave me .i look in the box and find his old necklace I told him I was going to steal from him one day . I pick it up .its a silver chain with a purple metal marijuana leaf on it I put it on crying . I put the note in the box and put it under my pillow and lay down crying . I fall asleep still in his hoodie and my hand on the pendant of his necklace .
