Demi's POV

I just take one look at one of the girls and know that she has to be my sister. I just smile really big with tears starting to come in my eyes. I don't understand why myself but I just get so excited. She has dark brown straight hair, beautiful green eyes which she must've gotten from her mom, and is about the same height as me. She is very skinny though, but it's probably just a metabolism thing. I have this problem of making assumptions too quickly.

When they get down the stairs I wait for Shannon to introduce us. Shannon then says, "Unique this is your sister." Stares me down as I had been for the past minute and a half and then comes over to me. I expect a hand shake so I put out my hand but she just wraps her arms around me which catches me off gaurd but still it was in a good way. Shannon laughs.

Jariah then randomly bursts out, "Miss. Demi, since we didn't have lunch yet can we go out somewhere like Chucky Cheese?"

I just look at Shannon. I actually wouldn't mind, but then I remember that I am here to get to know Unique which would be cool to do more one on one but I don't want it to awkward so I just put it on Shannon, "I don't care. It's not like I'm 25 or anything."

Jariah laughs and says, "It won't be for you silly. You're a grown up, you can sit and talk with Ms. Shannon while we play."

I giggle and play along even though I know I'll end up in a ball pit. I always have had a soft spot  for the more childish things in life. I grew up trying to achieve my fame, so I had a childhood but there just wasn't any time for imaturity so in a way I'm making up for lost time? That's what I always told mom when we would do family activites and I would be acting more childish than Maddie. Can't believe she is gonna be 17 in a few months. It seems like it was just yesterday she was that little 6 year old girl I taught how to say bitch.

I then look at Unique and say, "It's whatever you want." She shrugs and then Jariah runs and gets her shoes. I laugh and call Wilmer. I begin speaking to him in my broken spanish so no one understands our conversation.

"Hey Hermosa, how's it going?"

"Bueno, ella es tranquila, pero eso era de esperar. No es esta niña y ella es tan adorable! Me gustaría que pudiéramos llevarla a casa."

"Don't even think about it, eventually having our baby will be a lot of work never mind raising a teenager. I remember when you were that young."

"Vamos, que necesita una familia. Realmente es lamentable cómo muchos niños no tienen casas que deberían. Usted sabe que tenemos suficiente espacio! Además, mi familia estará más que dispuesto a ayudar."

"We'll talk about it when you get back to the hotel. Speaking of, why are you calling, and why are you speaking spanish."

"Estoy delante de todos y me sé, me gusta mi privacidad. Hablando de eso, ¿sabe la prensa que estamos aquí?"

"No. And you are getting off topic."

"Ah, sí. Las chicas quieren ir a Chucky Cheese y yo pensamos que sería un buen momento para presentarles. Además necesito Max a "guardia" me. Aunque nadie sabe que estoy aquí, y he cambiado el color de mi cabello sin mostrarlo de nuevo."

"Nah it's your guys' time, remember what your mom said. And I will tell him to meet you there."

"¡Espera! Tengo una idea." With that being said I told him what I my idea was and hung up the phone. After about ten minutes of the girls gathering themselves there was a beep in the driveway. The girls ran to the window and looked in awe.

I smile knowing that this was a good thing for me to do. Shannon gives me a look and pulls me to the side. "You speak Spanish pretty good for someone that didn't grow up with it. You

I laugh, "Usted habla español también?"

"Si. You speak it a little different than I though so I didn't quite understand it all." I laugh, Wilmer had always said the same thing. I was actually quite surprised when he didn't ask me to slow down or just talk in english.

"Well my fiancee is Spanish. I just thought the girls would think it's cool. Am I coming off too strong?"

"Just a little; but I can tell in time you'll get it." I nod and thank her, she is literally so sweet! I give her a wink and just look at the girls faces, smiling.

Jariah screams excitedly, "Is that for us!" I nod and she jumps up and down in excitement. I look at my baby sister and she is just smileing. Something is off though, I can't tell if it's nerves or if she is thrown off by my lifestyle. Hopefully it will get better.
