Chapter 7

Soojung POV

"Kai"
K.k...kai? How did he get my number? I snap out of my thoughts and texted him back

*Text Messages*

"How did you get my number?" - me
"I have my ways." -Kai
"Oh and you texted me because?" - me
"Meet me in the morning at the field where you always go." - Kai
"Okay." - me
*seen*

I guess he's not gonna reply to that. I'll just sleep it off, a lot has happened today.

*Time Skip*

*Morning 6:30am*

*beep beep beep*

I woke up with my annoying alarm clock and just lay in bed so I can be fully wake.

Once I was wide awake I got out of bed and did my morning routine. After that I went down stairs and ate breakfast. Eomma Jung came into the dinning room and I greeted her.

"Morning Eomma Jung!" I greeted
"Minnie, are you going anywhere today?" She said
"Im not sure, why?" I said
"So I know where you're going, I was so worried yesterday!" She scolded
"I promise i'll text you when I go out, I have to go now, love you eomma jung!" I said while standing up.

I went out the door finding Sehun standing by the gate. I went out the door and asked him
"Why are you here?" I asked
"Because we are going to school together." He said cheerfully
"You didn't have to you know." I said
"I know but I want to." He said

We walked to school side by side and talked about ourselves more. We entered school together and all eyes were on us.

"Are they going out?"
"The nerd finally has a friend"
"Does he not know who she is?"

"Hey, don't listen to them." He comforted me.
I just gave him a weak smile and continued walking. I told him that I would be going to the field and he can go to class without me.

I walk to the field and saw no one there. I sit down and look around hoping to find Kai somewhere. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally see him coming towards me. I greeted him with a big smile and wave and he just looked at me with no facial expression. I brush it off because maybe he's having a bad day.

"Hi Jongin-sshi!" I greeted
"Who said you could call me Jongin?!" He said harshly
"Oh...I'm sorry." I said softly
"Who was that guy you were with yesterday?" He asked
"My friend, he just moved here, his name is Sehun." I said

After that a long silence filled the air.

"How about we go somewhere after school together." He said
"Sure!" I said looking at him happily.
"Meet me at the bubble tea café after school. Bye." He said before leaving.

I'm so happy right now, i just hope he won't ditch me like the first time. I walked happily to class until someone pulled my hair back harshly.

"Ah!" I screamed
"WHY WERE YOU WITH MY KAI OPPA! AND STOP TRYING TO FLIRT WITH THAT NEW GUY SEHUN, HE WILL NEVER LIKE YOU. JUST WAIT UNTIL HE FINDS OUT THAT YOUR JUST A OUTCAST!!" She yelled

After all that yelling her group dragged me to the nearest restroom. I got beaten up by them, they pulled my hair harshly in different directions, kicked me in the stomach, stomped on me, and punched me all over the place. They stopped after they heard a big yell

"HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
