Divergent High

Tobias' POV

We went to lunch. I was holding Tris' hand and I grabbed a burger and fries also some dauntless cake. Tris grab the same thing. We went to sit with the gang. "You guys ready for homecoming?," Uriah said. Everyone cheered. "Football game for homecoming is soon." I told the guys. Tris didn't know I was in the football team. "You're in the football team?" She told me and smiled. "He's te best player on the field, Tris," Zeke told Tris. All I could do is smile and hold Tris' hand.

When we finished lunch we went to P.E. We all have p.e. twice. The cheerleaders were on the field practicing for the football game. Couch Amar told us to run five laps around the field. I finished first and Lauren kept getting near me when I finished. "My baby is sweating, let me clean you up." I stopped Lauren and took her hands off my face. Tris came in second and came up to me. Lauren was boiling inside with anger.

"Tris you coming?," Christina asked her. "Yeah." She kissed me goodbye and headed to the locker rooms.

Lauren came out of the locker and came up to me. "Four, you're with a nobody, you're popular and so am I and we should be together."

"I'll never forget what you did and I won't ever go back out with you."

Tris came out and hear what I said.

"She's a beautiful person, and is worth everything and I don't know how i went out with you. She's my girlfriend and I love her more than I loved you."

Tris came up to me and kissed me in front of Lauren. I kissed her back passionately. I know I love her and I will always.

Lauren walked away and we headed to AP Lit class.

"I love you Tris."
"I love you too Tobias."

I liked hearing my name from her mouth. She's beautiful and I'm lucky to have her.
