Silence. Every damn morning I wake up to silence, wishing I could offer more to this world. The world that I have known for so long, but still can't find a place to fit in.

My eyes were still slightly hazy, and my room was always chilly, from the emptiness. I turn towards my left night stand to see my camera staring at me, and taunting me to grab it, until I take a photo. One that actually means something.

I ignore it's presence, and hauled myself out of bed. I had a good hour or two before work started, so I had no pressing reason to rush. I headed towards my kitchen refrigerator, only to find no food in it. Great.

"Note to self, go grocery shopping more." I headed back to my room, to change. I slapped on some jeans that I probably wore yesterday, and a plain blue t-shirt. I grabbed my scruffy converse, and threw on a jean jacket.

Grabbing my keys, I quickly remember that I didn't brush my teeth. I hurried to my bathroom to brush my teeth. As I peered through the mirror, I saw my camera on the nightstand. As much as I wanted to ignore it, I had a sudden urge to take it with me.

Maybe I'll get inspired today. Like I never do. Being the annoying person I am, I run into my room and grabbed it. I swear this camera is a curse. It never leaves me alone. "Ahh!" As much as I hate it, I love it.

Ring. I grabbed my phone that was also on my nightstand and answered.

_______
Me- Hello

Dan- Don't hello me, you were suppose to be at the shoot an hour ago!"

Me- I have 45 minutes until I start work.

Dan- Not according to the email I sent you at exactly, 12 a.m

Me- Sir, I'm sorry but I was sleeping

Dan- Save your excuses, I'm letting you off with a warning!

Me- Thank yo-

Dan- *hangs up

I groaned very loudly and stomped on the floor. By then, I was able to gather myself up. Of course I put my hunger priorities second, and immediately prepared for hell. My job.

"Alright Destiny, turn!" I motioned my hand so she can turn towards my direction. "Excuse me Margret, but I think the left is my good side." I silently sighed to myself. "First, my name is Maddison, and you need to face me, because there is better lighting."

She rolled her eyes, and did as told.
Click. Click. Click. "Alright now, that's a wrap." She groaned loudly. "Margret, can you fetch me my usually latte!" I furrowed my eyebrows. "The only thing I had this morning was a cotton ball."

The only thing I had this morning was nothing, I thought to myself. "Where's your assistant?" I asked rather confused. She laughed to herself, "please, I fired him like yesterday" she replied.

At that moment I got frustrated. I'm pretty sure she just hired that guy yesterday. "Give me a moment." I walked off the shoot, and into the editing room, where I saw my boss Dan. "Hey, Dan." He looked at me for a split second, and went right back to what he was doing. "Da-" I said while getting interrupted.
