"So why are you here all alone" she looked over to me. She had the same style I have kinda and she looks around my age.
"Straight forward. I like it. But I might ask you the same question"

"I was with someone. But he left hours ago and I've been wandering ever since" she nodded
"I'm just here for a breather. I can only take so much from my family" she rolled her eyes.

"Thank God I'm not the only one"

"Now I'm intrigued. Tell me more"
"Tell me bout you first" I insisted. She leaned back and started to speak again.

"Well where do I start. Um... I have that type of family that are super strict, super religious and super up themselves" I chuckled and leaned back along with her.
"If you don't mind me asking what religion?"

"Islam, I'm a Muslim but I'm not a deadly serious one unlike my family. According to them I don't exist because I'm not the perfect brown daughter they wanted. The only time they speak to me is when they're either yelling at me or telling me to clean the house. I mean look at me" I looked at her.

She was wearing grunge type clothes and she wasn't wearing a headscarf, instead a black cord choker with a small silver star charm and a few piercings. She had a small amount of henna on her left  hand and her brown skin glowed in the sun set. She's immensely gorgeous and that's coming from me! The kid who doesn't usually compliment strangers.

"Yep. Not the traditional Muslim girl" she chuckled, "now what about you?"

"My mom sound kinda like your parents. The only time she talked to me was when she was yelling at me, but one day my brother got me into a shit ton of trouble and she shipped me off to the bad bits of Jersey for almost three years. I actually came back today" she gave me a shocked yet sympathetic look. She gently rubbed my shoulder

"Well, you're here now. It only gets better" I smiled to myself at her comment. She's probably the only person that didn't give me that 'I'm so sorry for you' pity shit. I nodded, "hopefully" she patted my shoulder before I stood up and turned to face her.

"Its Kylie by the way. Kylie Dallas" I outstretched my hand which she shook.
"Abia. Abia Raza, but call me Abi"

"Well Abi see ya round" I turned to walk away but she called me back.

"Kylie" She got up and walked over to me with a piece of paper.

"Here's my number. You seem like a cool chick" I took the lined piece of paper and put it in my pocket,
"We're gonna be great friends" she nodded her head and winked,
"With out a doubt, catch you on the flipside" and with that she turned on her heels and resumed her position on the park bench.

I guess I made a new friend.

.   .   .

Finally I opened the front door to the magcon house and took a step in. The huge hall was empty and the whole house was quiet. Kicking the door closed I walked into the centre of the hall and put Nash card on a table and the bag on the floor next to it.

"Is anyone here?" I called through the house. No answer. Oh well, great opportunity to explore this huge house then.
"Kylie?!" Someone yelled from upstairs. Before I could comprehend who's voice that belonged to loud footsteps thundered through the house and down the stairs. Nash flew down the stairs, his long hair flying behind him. It looked pretty funny actually but I refrained from laughing. I can tell Nash was pissed of.

"Where the hell were you!? It's nine at night, Hayes came back hours ago and your curfew was half four!" he rambled whilst a few other boys trailed down the stairs to see why Nash was yelling.

"Why are you so worried?" I said whilst walking away to find food. "Why am I worried? Are you serious? And can you stop walking away when I'm speaking to you and don't give me that tone" I continued my quest for food. I went into the kitchen to and opened one of the cabinets. What? If they helped themselves to my food then I can do the same.

I took out a box of ... cookies I think. Oh well, I sat on top of a counter and looked over to Nash who was still rambling on about the dangers of being by myself.

"Nash stop overreacting" I groaned just as Hayes walked in, "a guy gave his number to her" Hayes glared at me before leaving the room. "WHAT?!" I shrugged my shoulders before consuming a really fat cookie.

"Why are you eating junk?" he questioned sounding really tired,
"Because I'm hungry" I gave him my duh tone. He rolled his eyes.

"Kye if you're hungry I can make you dinner that is actually healthy" I gave him a confused face.
"Why are you making such a big deal Nash. I'm not a baby so stop acting like a parent. Back in Jersey I stayed out all night and ate what I wanted. And I'm fine-"

"YOU'RE NOT IN JERSEY ANYMORE" he yelled looking very agitated. He collapsed into a chair and buried his head in his hands.

"Why is raising teenagers so hard?" he whimpered. Johnson who was listening in on this walked over to Nash and rubbed circles on Nash's back.

"Is he okay" I jumped down from the counter and walked over to Nash.
"He's just stressed, don't worry about it. Uh, go with Matt to your room and he'll get you diner alright" Johnson said as Matt stepped into the room.

Aye I added one of my best friends and co writer into the story. Can't wait to see her reaction xD
