I ran to school, which would only take 5 minutes ,but I was running late. I met Arnold at Mrs. Miller. I greeted as I saw Kaycee and her friends walk torwards Mrs. Miller. I turned and walked until I bumped into Jackson. "I'm sorry." he said. I got up and looked at him and keep going. "What in the world was she running from?" he asked himself. I ran into Kylee this time. "Are you okay?" she questioned. I told her I was running from Kaycee and her friends and she nodded. "C'mon! I ain't scared of not popular chick." she yelled. I walked as we went to our first class, which was Mrs. Miller. Another hour passed as we walked out the classroom." Don't forget the homework!" she shouted. "Well look who we have here." Kaycee said. Look at us with a sassy stare. "Leave us alone Kaycee and go back to where you belong." said Kylee. I looked at her and nudged her. I whispered," Don't you know who your messing with?" I grabbed her arm as we went to gym class. "I won't let you take my arm next time." she said.
We changes into uniforms and we had to run for 2 minutes. Kaycee came next to me and "accidently" pushed me as I fell. But I didn't fall because Arnold caught me before I did. "What if I wasn't here Taylor?" he asked. I had to blush there was no choice. I saw Kaycee look back at me with the worst crooked stare. Did she like Arnold? "Girl, you better stop thinking about Arnold." I looked to my left and found Kylee.
At lunch Mary decided to be so undeniably rude and spilt her soup on me. What a day! Kylee came to the rescue as she let me borrow her t-shirt. I hated that brat. Sorry for my language! I went back to lunch and sat next to Kylee and ate. I saw Arnold come over. "If you ever need a hand, ask. Okay?" he whispered and left. Everyone started to snicker. I didn't mind cause I knew I liked Arnold. "I don't understand why Arnold would talk to someone like you. So nerdy and have the most disgusting friends." Madison said. "I would punch you but looks like someone already did." said Kaylee. Everyone looked and the boys cheered for either sides. "You didn't just say that did you?" yelled Mary. "Settle down guys!" said Mr. Hamilton, the principal. I threw my tray away.
After another few hours it was time to go home. Arnold and Kaylee walked with me. "I hate those popular girls they get on my nerves." I said. Arnold laughed. " I do too. But there's only 2 that I am friends with forever,"he said. I smiled and looked at Kylee as she smiled back. "Bye guys!" Arnold said and ran to his house. "Kylee I'm starting to feel loved by Arnold and feeling happy from you." She smiled as she softly asked me if I wanted to stay at her house for the rest of the week. "Sure but I'll ask my mom."
We parted ways and I ran inside throws my book bag on my wooden chair in my room. I packed a few things along with having my backpack and asked my mother. "I don't know, ask your dad." I ran to the barn. MOO! "Dad can I go go Kylee's house for a sleepover for the week? I'll go home after every day then go to her house." He then told me to ask my mom. I hate when that happens. Which that usually means yes. So I left and saw Arnold outside with some of his friends. He's really good at soccer and baseball. "Hey! Isn't that yo girl?" one of his friends said. He looked and saw me as he rolled his eyes at his friend and said,"Don't talk to her like that." I smiled and he turned and looked at me.
Soon I got to Kaylee's house and rang to bell. "Oh hey my darling!" her mother said. "Is Kaylee home?" I asked. She told me she was in her room so I ran up and she hugged me as she saw me. "I meet Arnold on the way here with his friends." I said. She laughed. " Aww! Did he kiss you or something?" she whispered. I pinched her. "OW!" she yelled. We both laughed.
Soon we went down and ate dinner with her parents, sisters, and brothers. "Hey Taylor you look pretty nice today." Kyle said. Kyle was one of her brothers that I believe has a crush on me. "Thanks!" I said.
It was near bedtime as I looked out her bedroom window and actually saw Arnold. "Taylor, you wanna stalk him too?" Kaylee asked. I laughed and she stood beside me. "Wow. Arnold is such a good guy. Imagine if he actually was your boyfriend." I pinched her. She laughed and tried to tickle me as I held her arms. Suddenly, Kyle came.
"Whatcha doing?" he said. We laughed and Kaylee told him to get out. So he did.
Morning came as another day of school arrived...
