Briar's POV

Myles' studio is amazing, I really want to join. I hope my parents say yes. "Hey dad can I ask you something?" I walk down the stairs over to him. "Sure sweetie what is it?" My dad asks while sipping his coffee. "Well I was wondering if I could join Myles' studio?" "Oh he dances?" "Yeah and I went to try it out yesterday and his studio is really good and they want me to join for a competition, can I please join." My dad sighs. "If that makes you happy, I will discuss it with your mother." I go over and give him a big hug. "Thanks dad you're the best." I run up to my room squealing frantically. "Abbey, guess what?" "What is it Briar?" "I get to dance at Myles' studio for the rest of vacation!" "OMG really?" We start jumping around squealing like typical girls. "I have to go text Myles and go get ready." "OK have fun Briar." I text Myles to pick me up and I get ready for dance. Myles picks me up like yesterday and we go off to dance. Soon dance is over and I head back home. "Bye Mylo!" "Bye Lil' B." I give him a hug and go inside. I sit down and relax. I plug in my headphones and start blasting my favourite music, I listen to 'Sorry' by Justin Bieber which is my favourite song right now. After a while I get tired and fall asleep. I wake up again at 4:00 pm, wow I slept for nearly 2 hours. My phone goes off and I have to pull myself out of bed to answer it. It is a call from Myles. "Hey Myles what do you want?" "Wow some ones snappy today." "Sorry Mylo I was sleeping." "Don't worry about it, anyway I was wondering if you could meet me on the beach in 15 minutes?" "Sure I will be there soon, bye." "Bye Bri." I guess I am going to the beach now.

Myles' POV

I ask Briar to meet me at the beach because I want to ask her to be my girlfriend. The beach is the perfect place to do it since we met there and had our first kiss there. It was like our special spot. I get there early because I am just so nervous. I really hope she says yes. I am deep in thought when I see a stunning girl walk over to me. It's Briar. "Hey Myles why did you want to meet me here?" "Well Briar I need to ask you something." I take her hands and look in her eyes. "Briar I am so glad I met you because you are so beautiful, amazing and the sweetest person in the world. Briar Nolet will you be my girlfriend?" She doesn't say anything for a while which scares me. Great she is going to say no. Good job Myles you ruined your friendship with her, fantastic. "Myles...I would love to be your girlfriend." I grin from ear to ear, I am so happy I have an official relationship with her. I pull her into a hug but soon pull away. She starts to lean in and so do I. We kiss for a few seconds before hugging again. "I am so glad I am your girlfriend Milo." "Me too." We walk back to her house holding hands. Before I leave she pecks my lips and walks inside.

Briar's POV

I cannot believe I am his girlfriend I am so happy right now, nothing can make me sad. Before I go in I turn around and see him walking away, with his hands in his pockets and that makes me blush for some strange reason. I open the door and walk in. As soon as I close the door Abbey is there with her arms crossed smirking at me. "So Briar where were you?" I didn't want to tell her I was with Myles because she will make a big fuss out of it and she would tell my parents. "I was taking a walk on the beach." "Were you with anyone else?" I look at the ground, "Uhh no just me." I lie, hoping she buys it. Her smirk grows wider, oh no, not a good sign. "Oh yeah when I looked out the window you and Myles were holding hands and then you kissed him!" She squeals while I blush tomato red. "OK he asked me to be my girlfriend, But don't tell mum and dad please." Just then they both walked in. Great Abbey better keep her mouth shut. "Don't tell us what?" They say crossing there arms and looking at Abbey. "That Myles and Briar are now dating." I shoot Abbey a glare, "Abbey!" My parents run up to me and hug me. "Aww Briar has a boyfriend!" Just then Jack, Steve, Matthew and Jessy walk in. "Briar has a what?" Matthew asks. I am about to answer when Abbey shots up and practically yells. "Myles asked her out!!" Now everyone is jumping around and chanting. "Briar has a boyfriend!" I decide to join my happy family and start jumping around too and squealing with Abbey. I realise Jessy isn't jumping and is just standing there so I stop jumping and look at her sadly. The boys realised I stopped jumping and stop too, followed by mum and dad and then Abbey. Everyone stares at her and she looks uncomfortable. "Why aren't you happy for me Jess?" She looks at the ground and says quietly. "Oh no I am, I just feel a bit sick so I wasn't jumping because-um- that would make me sicker." Steve stares at her weirdly, "You were fine before when you made me lunch." "Oh it must be a one time thing anyway I am going to skip dinner and go to bed goodnight." Murmurs of goodnight and get well soon were heard and everyone walked to the dinner table but I just stood there sadly not saying anything. I know she isn't sick, why would she not be happy for me and why wouldn't she tell me the real reason she wasn't jumping. Something is seriously wrong.

A/U Hey guys this chapter is kind of rushed but I couldn't really think of a good idea. Bryles s dating but something is wrong with Jessy! I think the next chapter will be where they go to the competition or when Briar questions Jessy or something else. It should be up soon! Anyway have a great day.
