It's my first day of high school. I feel so lost I dont know anyone here. Okay that was a lie one of my closest friends goes here ''Heidi''. Heidi and I been friends ever since I was in grade 6. She's a year older then me. Heidi is always looking out for me. She always has my back through anything. Since the first day we meet we became best friends. I'm looking every where for Heidi. I can not find Heidi. This is so awkward. I look over my shoulders and all I see is another one of my closest friends ''Andrew''. Andrew and I been friends since about the same time Heidi and I became friends. All three of us were best friends. We always hanged out at the park. hanged around at school. I dont know what happen to that. Andrew was like a big brother to me that's how close we used to be. The next minute i knew all i heard was someone calling my name and what do you know it was Heidi. We both screamed each others names and ran to give each other a hug.
''chelsea i didnt know you were going to go to school here''. ''Yeah, It's kinda awkward, I dont really know anyone here dicides you and Andrew''. ''Dont worry you'll get used to it. Do you know what classes you have''. ''No I dont know where to go to get my time table''. ''Here I'll show you Chelsea''. ''Alright thanks Heidi''.
After i got my time table i had to go to the gym. I dont know why but all the grade 9 all had to go to the gym. I sat down and I'm looking around it's so awkward. I feel has if everybody is staring at me and not in a good way either. I dont know if I'm going insane but it feels like everybody is talking about me and judging me. Is it just me? Finaly a teacher got in front of the gym and started talking. ''Hello all the grade 9 I'm Mrs,Holly and Im your principal''. All the grade 10 are coming in. I wonder why there coming into the gym. is this their first period class? Is this their whole class? I didnt know why there was all these grade 10 coming in the gym. Then i seen Heidi coming into the gym with some of her friends. I thought to myself wow she has a lot of friends. Her one friend kinda looked cute. He has blonde hair. And he has the cutest smile you can ever think of. I kept thinking wow he's so cute i wonder if he would ever date me. Then the Principal started to talk again. ''Now the grade 10 are going to be showing the grade 9 around the school''. I thought to myself wow i really hope Heidi's cute friend will show me around the school. But that didnt happen at all.
'' Heey bestie, are you ready I'm gonna show you around''. ''Oh heey Heidi'''. ''You dont look so happy''. ''What do you mean I'm fine lets go''.
After when we were done the tour it was time for break. I thought to myself yay i finaly get to talk to Heidi's cute friend. I went out side and he had his arm around another girl and kissing her. Witch by the way is not that very pretty. I walked over to Heidi and her friends. ''Guys this is Chelsea''. As Heidi was telling me everyones names I was just upset to see the guy I thought was cute with some other girl. I was hoping maybe he was single and would thought maybe I was cute or something. I kept thinking in my head what if he doesnt like this girl. What if he feels bad for her because come on she is kinda ugly.... no offence to her. I kept hearing my name being called. ''Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea''. I looked up and notice it was Heidi. ''Are you listing to me Chelsea?''. ''Yeah im listing''. The bell rang and everybody just started running off to class. Of course Andrew stayed and helped me to class. It was really nice of Andrew to wait for me and to help me to class.
''So Chelsea how is life going? anything new going on in you life?''. ''Its going good, and no nothing new is going on in my life. how about you? ''Same old, same old. Well this is your class i better be going to my class now''.
I sat down at my desk. The teacher started talking. All she was saying was what kind class this is and what we will be learning it's like okay i get it can you just shut up already. I started staring out the window just thinking about that guy. I still dont know his name. Maybe i should have listen to Heidi when she was telling me everybodys names. Oh well its kinda late now. Next you know it this girl sits beside me. She's has blonde hair with blue eyes. ''Hi my name is Ashley''. The teacher yelled and told us not to talk. But we didnt listen. ''Hi I'm Chelsea and wow this teacher is such a bitch''. That wasnt so true I just wanted to kinda make my self look cool and make new friends and make me sound funny. ''I know right, she yelled at me just because i was late it's like wooh bud Its the first day of school calm down''. We both just started laughing. We became friends. The bell finaly ring now its time for lunch. I seen the guy i was crushing on and his girlfriend and some other chick coming up to me and Ashley. ''Heey Ashley''. The girl beside the girl i already hate on the first day of school. ''heey Katie, have you meet Chelsea yet?''. The guy i was crushing on kept looking at me. I wonder what he was thinking. I wonder if he thinks I'm cute. ''Yeah I meet Chelsea your friends with Heidi and Andrew right?''. ''yeah im friends with Heidi and Andrew. i got to go and look for Heidi anyways bye''. I started walking away all i kept thinking about wow that was awkward.
The bell ring for class. I walked in my third class of the day and i seen the guy I'm crushing on. He has a coffe in his hand and he started making jokes. and all i could think about is wow he's so cute why cant he be single so i can date him. Then she walked in. The little girlfriend. She sat down next to him. They kissed and gave each other a hug. The teacher yelled Travis stop kissing your girlfriend and move over here. yay i finaly know his name.Travis hey thats kinda of a cute name. Chelsea and Travis it has a nice ring to it dont you think. The teacher steped out for a second and i seen everyone all just having fun and talking to each other and i was the only odd one out. i didnt know anyone. Its really kinda awkward. I just wanted this period to be over then i can just go to my last class then the day can be over with. Its really quite awkward. Nobody is talking to me. I think im the youngest one in this class. K well that was a lie there was another grade 9 in this class but other then that im the youngest one her. The bell rang, finaly the last class of the day. But i shouldn't have wished that because i had gym. worse class anyone could ever wish for. I walked into the class and what did you know it was a all girl class. The teacher started talking. she started saying we are the only grade 9 girls in this school and that we were going to have this bond that nobody can break. that we will be best friends. Little did you know we did all became best friends. I guess you can say the first day of high school wasnt that bad that everybody made it sound like. it was kinda awkward, but at less their were hot boys here. ;)
