Chapter 4: Lavender Perfume makes me Hungry

Chapter 4:

He was breathing but he was unconscious.

I looked down and the gun wasn't there.

I walked cautiously around the house looking for Randy but I couldn't find him.

Then when I walked into the living room I heard a click behind me and growling sounds.

"Don't move." Randy said.

He was so close I could feel his hot breath on the back of my neck.

I was breathing heavily.

"You shot him?" I asked crying.

"No." He said. "I punched him."

I breathed a sigh of relief.

I was gonna turn around but then Randy immediately responded to my sudden movement.

"Don't move that means don't turn around." He said.

"Ok." I whispered.

"Now, you have to let me explain." He said.

"Huh? Explain what? There's nothing to explain you're a Vampire and you wanna bite me right?" I said.

"No, I mean yes....i did wanna bite you and I am a vampire, how'd you know?" He asked.

"Are you serious?"

He nodded.

"You are dead serious?" I asked as he nodded again. "Uh, you wanted to bite me! A normal guy doesn't have fangs and think I smell like meat when I have lavender perfume on." I said.

"Wait! Lavender perfume?" He asked in a happy tone.

"Yeah, what is it?" I asked.

"Go wipe it off." He ordered.

"Why?" I asked.

"Just do it." He said.

"Ok." I said.

I walked into the bathroom and scrubbed and scrubbed at my neck to get it all off.

I didn't know why he wanted me to do this but if it meant time to myself then I was doing it.

"You done?" He asked.

"Uh, no."

"Come out." He said.

"I'm not done though."

"Come out, but close your eyes." He said.

"What? Come out and walk to a vampire with my eyes closed? No way." I said.

"NOW!!!" He screamed.

"I don't want you to bite me though!" I said starting to cry.

"You want your brother to try to bite you too?" He asked.

"No, don't. I'll come out." I said.

I unlocked the door and turned the knob.

I closed my eyes and walked out there.

I felt around for his rock hard body standing there.

Then I bumped into his chest.

His nose pressed into my neck and sniffed.

I was shaking so hard, I felt like he was gonna bite me. I was so scared.

"I'm not gonna bite you." He reassured me.

And I found myself believing him for a split second.

I started crying as he sniffed more.

"It's gone. I don't want to bite you anymore." He said.

"What?" I opened my eyes a little and he screamed.

"Close your eyes." He yelled in my face making me jump.

'Ok.' I mouthed.

My heart was racing faster.

His lips touched mine gently and then he pulled away.

I wanted him to kiss me because my heart went crazy and it was skipping so many beats at a time as his lips touched mine, except his lips felt abnormally hairy. I shook it off thinking it was just stubble. Then when he pulled away my heart stopped and I was a bit offended.

"Alright you can open." He said.

"Are you sure?" I whispered.

"Yeah, why are you whispering?" He asked me confused.

I smiled and opened my eyes to see his face very close to mine, but he was really HAIRY!.

I screamed and ran for the home phone.

"What's wrong???" He yelled chasing me.

"You're hairy. Really hairy like a bear! Get away from me." I said running down the hall.

He caught up to me and grabbed me.

"No, no, let me go!" I demanded as tears uncontrollably fell from my eyes.

"I'm not gonna hurt you, just let me explain!"

"No!" I yelled trying to get out of his grip but he was way too strong.

"Please?"

I got tired and gave up.

"Good." He said.

"My mom is a werewolf and my dad's a vampire." He said.

I turned around and raised an eyebrow.

"What?" I asked very confused.

"So that makes me half vampire half werewolf."

My eyes widened.

He looked at my expression and chuckled.

My eyes widened even more.

"What does this have to do with lavender perfume?" I asked even more confused.

"Ah, there is a very good explanation for that." He said putting his pointer finger in the air like Einstein.

I raised my eyebrow again and waited.

"Well normally vampires hate werewolves, but they wanna bite them more than anyone in the world if they have lavender perfume on, I don't know why lavender does that to vampires. It's really strange, but it's the truth."

 "He bit her because of the lavender perfume she had on, that smell already makes them want to bite the person wearing that smell, but if it's a werewolf wearing it, then they want to bite them even more! So it's really strange but that's what makes me wanna bite people too, because that happens to all vampires! So if you don't want one of us to bite you then don't wear the perfume!" He warned me.

"Ok, I won't." I said.

"There's more." He said.

My eyes widened.

"You know how Edward on Twilight can read minds?" He asked.

"You're into twilight?" I asked him.

"My sister is." He said smiling and shrugging.

"Anyway do you know how he can do that?" He asked again.

"Yeah.......you can't read mine can you?" I asked grimacing.

"No, I can't read anyone's minds." He said chuckling.

"Good." I said.

"I can feel your feelings and I can hear your heartbeat." He said.

"What?" I asked.

He repeated what he had said.

"OMIGOSH!" I said really surprised, and then I gasped.
