Steve

As I pull up to Sam's house in my red truck with Bucky I can already hear music radiating from his house. We hop out of the truck and let ourselves in his house.

Sam immediately greets us with two very bro like hugs with a huge grin on his face, "Welcome to the party!"

I look around his pretty decent sized house and don't see a single person.

"Uh, Sam?" I say, trying to speak over the music.

"Yeah?"

"Why are you blaring music while no one is here yet?" I ask him.

"So they know where the party is, Steve!"

I walk over to the large speakers that are playing some sort of fast paced techno music and turn it down so that we can carry out a normal conversation.

"We've held parties a million times, they'll know where to go. And you don't need anymore noise complaints from your neighbors." I say while walking towards them again.

"That was one time!" He yells.

Bucky steps forward and joins our little conversation, "Why aren't there people here yet, Sam?"

"No one goes to a party on time, Bucky! If they did, we'd be no better than when your mom throws dinner parties for her middle aged friends." He says while playfully whacking him on the arm.

"You want some drinks?" Sam asks us and Bucky immediately agrees. They walk to the kitchen and I follow slowly behind.

"So I have to be the driver tonight, Buck?" I ask him while leaning against the counter and looking through the opening that looks into the kitchen.

"Aren't you always?" He asks while twisting a bottle cap off his beer.

"We are underaged." I retort.

The door rings and Bucky immediately pushes forward, "I'll get it!"

I pull my phone out and look at the time. 8:30, even we were a little bit late. Bucky emerges through the front door with about half of the cheer leading squad, two of them are on each of his arms.

"Welcome to the party girls!" He yells, even though there are only a few people here. They make their way to the living room and turn up the music that I had just promptly turned down. I glance into the room and I see him doing cheesy dance moves with all of the girls laughing wildly at him. I'm not entirely sure if he acts clueless to get these girls, or if he just plainly is.

I make my way back towards the front door and notice that it is still open, and people are simply letting them selves in. I greet a few of them and mingle around a bit, not waiting for anyone in particular.

As the entire house is almost totally filled with guests, I notice that the boy I invited a few nights ago has not arrived yet.

Tony Stark.

I remember back when I wasn't one of the main focuses at these parties, he would be the typical one to throw them. Not that I never went, of course. I was just some art dork until I started to play football, then all of a sudden everyone recognized that talent. The talent that only requires me to be big and fast, not the one that requires me to have a wild imagination and a gift that some people can be born with.

As I begin to daydream, I hear more footsteps come through the door. I whip my head around and snap out of my mind drift to see Tony Stark and his two friends.
