Chapter 16

Scott's POV

I pushed past everyone. In the middle of the dance floor was Ella and a guy didn't recognize at all. Sara came next to me an widened her eyes at the sight.

"Who's that?" I whispered. 

"Ella's abusive ex Jason." she whispered back before turning around to draw the attention of the forming crowd away.

I didn't know Ella had a boyfriend, let alone an abusive one.

Ella turned around and looked me right in the eye. She had a couple bruises on her face and a busted lip which was enough to make my blood boil.

Things went too quickly end all of sudden Ella's body fell to the ground. She was knocked out cold. My eyes quickly scanned the room, landing on Jason who had a smirk on his face as he looked at Ella. 

"You Son Of A B1tch!" I yelled out catching the attention of a lot of people. I grabbed Jason by the shirt and repeatedly punched her multiple times in the face. My fist were getting bloody, but I didn't care.

Mitch's POV

I stayed out home getting very worried about Ella and Scott, he's been gone for hours. Henry was crying his eyes out. I tried comforting him by giving him a Snickers bar, but it didn't work so I ate it myself. I went to my room to snuggle with Wyatt.

Ella's POV

Jason was being as annoying as he used to be. He kept pushing me around which was really pushing my buttons, so I slapped him.

Bad idea.

He started getting really abusive, and punched me in the gut while yelling profanities. Of course it attracted a crowd which I nor Jason didn't like. I didn't want Scott to see me broken again. So I picked up a wine glass near by and threw at Jason.

"B1tch!" he yelled out grabbing for me. I of course ducked. I turned around to see Sara and Scott. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention to what was going on behind me. 

Scott's POV

What a horrible chapter, oh well. I really want to get this book finished but I have so much to do. :(
