Nosebleeds

James POV

Gotta go fast. That's what's on my mind right now. I had to leave the class in the middle of a lecture because of my random dumb nosebleeds. Sometimes it's a good thing since it gets me out of bad situations but I actually wanted to learn today.

My hand started getting all bloody since the tissue couldn't hold much blood. Thank god for the schools budget. Ha.

Finally restroom.

I entered to see only one other person inside, Aleks, fixing up his hair. We had an awkward smile since I had my head tilted up. I just needed to calm my nose bleed and get the hell out of here.

"So, get nosebleeds often?" Oh, no questions. Yeah, can't you see I'm bleeding to death over here.

"Yeah. Random times also which doesn't help a lot." My nose bleed finally calmed down and I started washing my hands.

"Alright well see ya." I think I left in a bit too much of a hurry. I calmed my speed and walked back to class so I could finally learn something

~10 minutes later~

Oh great. Bleeding again. It's like I'm on my period but since I'm a boy, I get it on my face. I walked back to the restroom.

I think I can walk to the restrooms with my eyes closed. That's how many times I've been going.

I walked in to see Aleks still in the same position I left him in. I was a bit confused but decided to fix my nosebleed before I asked any questions.

"Nose bleeding again?" Did he just ask that like I'm the weird one? Does he not realize how much time has passed?

"Ha yeah, but haven't you been fixing your hair for probably more than 10 minutes?"

"Uhh, yea. Gotta look fresh ya know. How else can I attract people?"

"Oh, I don't know. Maybe try being nice to someone and making a good conversation with someone. Also, your hair looks great, you might mess it up to the point of no return." I just complimented him on the lowkey. I didn't even mean to compliment him.

He stared at me for a while confused and then looked back at the mirror to fix it up a bit more.

"I guess you're right. I think I should get back to class, I've been gone for almost 20 minutes now." He started leaving when he suddenly turned back. "Also thanks for the compliment. See ya around cutie." He gave me a wink and left. I felt myself blush and decided I should also get to class. I can't believe he just called me a cutie.
