I wouldn't forget what happened yesterday. My boss saved me! I could still remember how his eyebrows furrowed when he lectured me.

"Lee Haneul, you are an employee of Byun Corporations but you are a klutz?"

I pouted and lowered my head in shame. I couldn't find the words to retort back. He is my boss after all.

He hailed a cab for me and gently pushed me inside, "Go home safely and make sure to come to work in one piece tomorrow."

I was smiling as I stepped inside the building. The guard didn't greet me and he was busy assisting people, mostly women, and their sequence numbers.

I went to my desk and Mr. Choi noticed me. "Oh dear, you're here, Ms. Lee! Please assist the applicants for Mr. Byun."

I am confused but I did it anyway. I smiled at them and asked, "What position are you applying for?"

They all answered, "Mommy for hire."

What? I looked at the paper they were holding and was shocked on what's written.

I coughed dryly and gave the paper back to one applicant. I called for Ms. Ahn and asked if it's okay to lead them upstairs to the interview room.

"Oh, Mr. Byun told me to call them one by one. I need you to help me with the process Haneul-ssi."

I answered, "Oh, okay. You can count on me, Ms. Ahn." I smiled as I put down the phone. I started gathering their papers and checked it one by one.

Mr. Byun started calling them and I gave some of them my encouragement.

"You could do this! Fighting!"

Some smiled and some..... well, snorted.

Jeongmin approached my desk and slumped herself on my chair. I shook my head and she let out a deep sigh, "Baekhyun oppa was serious about all of this?" She scoffed, "Seriously? Mommy for hire?"

I smiled at her and patted her shoulder, "I'm sure that the CEO had a good reason why he's doing this."

She nodded, "He better be! I don't want to have a godchild from some random woman!"

I chuckled. The Kims were somehow related with the Byuns. Their families were tied with business and it made them close together. Sometimes, I wonder why Jeongmin chose to be in a low position when she could afford to be one of the bosses. I guess it was because of Mr. Do Kyungsoo —who made her heart do its own choice.

"Me too! I disagree with this plan."

I looked at Mr. Chen, who just came in. I bowed and he ruffled my hair, "You're so polite with me, Haneul." He grabbed some papers that I arranged for him. "You should start loosing up whenever you're with us." He was referring to Jeongmin.
