In class, there's Alina with Tori and a bunch of people. We're supposed to be in our seats but they are all huddled around her as if making a plan.

You know, I should be insulted as to if I already know that they are talking about me, myself, and I.

But, if you want to be completely honest, I don't care. I feel like they aren't even there, but I know that they are.

I "crutch" to my seat, behind Michael's, and wait until the teacher comes back from using the restroom.

Maybe, he won't notice that I showed up fifteen minutes late, haha. Maybe he won't see me.

He comes in the room and as soon as he looks through the door, he announces "Haleigh... You're late."

So much for NOT noticing.

Does he not know that I know that I am late.

I don't reply.

Michael looks very uncomfortable and I feel bad. I feel like he doesn't like when I argue with Alina because she's not worth my time or something. I just wish boys could understand girls more and they could tell us what they are thinking.

It's always up to the girls to make the relationship go further.

I write a note to Michael saying:
"Are you alright?"

Michael:
"I guess.."

Me:
"What's wrong?"

Michael:
"Nothing. You just fight with Alina so much and it's not worth wasting your life on her."

Me:
"She starts it! I can't help it. She is so frustrating and annoying"

Michael:
"That's exactly why you should just let her be and if she sees that you don't care about her, she'll quit."

Me:
"I'll try."

He gets up to throw away the note, but first he rips it up into about 15 pieces.

You never know, some people will honestly go into the garbage to find the note and read it, because they are nosey.

I attempt to listen to the teacher after that.

Soon after, the bell rings and we leave.
