Naia couldn't believe her eyes.

The hall was full of people; girls, boys, teenagers, adults and even some foreigners. She wasn't sure what to expect, but the view in front of her definitely wasn't what she had expected. But seriously, what was she to think of?

It might have crossed her mind that Calum would look at her among the crowd, and somehow attracted his attention, or maybe one of his bodyguards came up to her to bring her backstage for him to confess his undying love or something.

But right now, she was right at the back of the hall, and she wasn't even sure if she could actually see them when they come on stage. This wasn't what she had in mind at all.

"Bummer," she muttered, a bit silent then the usual tone, not wanting to disturb anyone's space, even though all she heard was buzzes of noises because there were too many people talking and she didn't have anyone to talk to, so she didn't want people to think that she was creepy, talking on her own.

"I can't see a thing," she looked around, the crowds of people in front of her tall and bulky, while she had short people problems. How was this going to go? She tried standing on her tippy toes, but she felt dumb when she couldn't even last for a full minute. Who was she kidding? Her dreams were slowly evading, there was no way this would be the best night of her life.

"Hey you," she heard a voice, but shrugged it away since it was most probably for someone else, "hey, hello." She tried turning around a bit, not wanting to fully think it was her, "hey, yeah, over here."

Naia turned around, only to be met by two girls, probably the same age as her and she smiled widely. "Hey, hi." She wasn't sure what to say, a bit taken aback by everything.

"Hi. You came here alone?" one of them asked, a bit taller than the other girl.

Naia nodded enthusiastically, "Yup. I'm on my own, and boy, the view is so far." She said, referring to the distance between the stage and where they were standing. "I bet we couldn't see a thing."

"I know," the shorter girl replied, friendlier than the other girl. "Did they expect all of us to be miraculously tall?" she scoffed, earning a small laugh from Naia.

She wasn't usually good at making conversations, but this was a one time thing. Her blood was pumping, the adrenaline rushing through her veins, and she was disobeying her mother's orders. She was living life at the moment.

"Yeah, probably," Naia agreed, huffing a bit, noticing that all of them were equally disheartened with the situation they were in. "so, are you guys here alone too? Did you just meet up or?"

"Oh, no, no," the shorter girl answered a bit too quick, "I couldn't be on my own, I'd be lost by now. I dragged her along because she knows a couple of their songs."

Naia smiled, approving of her answer. "Right, cool. So where you from?"

"Oh, we're from the Institute of Studies and we take Psychology, we arrived here yesterday. How about you? And, I don't think we've properly introduced ourselves. I'm Lulu," the shorter girl said, before gesturing to the taller one who didn't speak too much, "and she's Tiana."

"Right, that's amazing. I'm Naia, from the Maine Religious College, and um, I take Religion and Culture. I took a train, it isn't that far, and trust me I got lost on my way." Naia smiled, couldn't help but snicker a bit at the previous evening.

Who would've thought she would actually survive?

"Ah, explains the attire of yours," Tiana joked, "really modest, honey."
