Chapter 21 X

"I still don't understand why we're going to dinner with them anyway, it pointless and I really don't want to go." I sigh to my mom as I help her put on a necklace for this stupid dinner tonight.

She shakes her head at me making it even harder to try and connect this tiny strap together around her neck. "You know why were going P, me and Reece's parents need to sort out your problems it's happening to often your both 18 it's not a joke anymore."

18 and it's not a joke? Honestly I'd say 18 is we're life becomes fun like seriously is she kidding me right now?!

"It's stupid." I mumble turning and leaving her bedroom heading into my own to grab my shoes. Yesterday when I eventually came home (with the worst hangover I've ever known) she bombarded me at the door telling me I'm going to dinner with Reece and his parents and I don't have a choice.

That was not what I needed when I hadn't slept for 2 days, very heavy nights drinking and was currently in hangover mode. I'm still recovering from the hangover today and it's 5pm Monday.

The whole school day I've been avoiding people and casually falling asleep in classes I should be studying for, fuck it I'm going to fail anyway! But seriously I feel like a pile of shit under a ton of bricks which has been run over by a big ass truck and defiantly am not in the mood for Reece.

Why would I want to eat whilst having to look at that ugly face.

"Mom says hurry the fuck up." I hear Cameron say from my bedroom door and I look over at him, I'm almost falling asleep here! As I don't respond he enters my bedroom. "It's your fault we're going on this stupid dinner anyway, just get along with that guy."

Is he kidding? What is with my family today I can't cope with them... I need a new family. Maybe I'll ask Kim Kardashian to adopt me. "I don't want to go on this dinner it's the last thing I want to happen ever, blame mom for being weird and dragging us along." I sigh standing up from my bed and heading over to the door.

"And get the fuck out of my room idiot." I shout before walking down the stairs and into the kitchen were mom panics that she's forgetting something. This isn't something new she always does this for about 10 minutes before we leave and realises she already has everything.

Ugh.

My moms eyes roam over to me and Cameron as she points at us threateningly. "You two better behave tonight! Megan don't moan about food like always and you!" She says turning her gaze over to my dad. "Just make sure the kids are good, now let's go or we'll be late." She sighs pushing us all out of the front door and into the car.

She insisted I have to come in the same car incase I decide to skip which is totally what I was planning. We were all in the car and my mom wouldn't shut up about how lovely Penny is (incase you forgot is Reece's mom) like her new bestfriend...

Not happening.

Once we arrived at the Italian restaurant Reece and his family greeted us at the front, I've already met his family but my mom hasn't yet so that was full of fake excitement. Eventually we entered the restaurant and took our seats, me and Reece hadn't spoke the whole time we were outside and I'm glad.

I'm tired, HUNGRY yeah my mom wouldn't let me eat since I got home from school saying I wouldn't eat dinner and I'm very bored.
