Recap: Cora has been invited to join the Elite team, where 8 teens make it through. Everyone thought she was going to the Elite Academy (30 people make it) but it was a plot twist. Lexi has a new roommate named Piper Grace. Cora had an argument with Mr.Scott (Foster Father) and there is a chance her older brother is alive. Sadie and Cora are friends again, but when Sadie was looking for Cora, she saw a girl inside their school, an intruder, but the alarm wasn't triggered.

Sadie's P.O.V:
"What did 'John' say to you?" I quote his name, knowing it isn't real.
"He said I should be proud that I got a spot on the Team without needing a scholarship, or going to the academy first. According to him 'it's the first time this happened'," she mumbles, looking depressed.
"What's wrong?" We all asked simultaneously.
"There's something I need to confess..." she starts. We look at each other with worry and she continues, "Mr.Scott is my foster father," Everyone looks at me, my face heats up and my eyes show that i'm shocked, "I didn't tell anyone so they wouldn't leave me because of the thought of me being a 'goody goody' and being a favorite."
"Hold up, how did you hide this from me for so long?" I stare at her in disgust, how could she keeps something so big from me?
"I was wrong, he doesn't care about me and so much for wasting his time. We got into an argument and in reality, he bribed with the Head to get me on the team," she breathes deeply.
"Maybe it's just a misunderstanding," Piper offers.
"Maybe, but he didn't bother explaining," Cora looks doubtfully at the floor.
She hid this from us in order to keep herself hidden from criticism and the fact that she felt we would leave her. She wanted to prove herself worthy for us, not for the fact that we would stick to her so we had an insider to the principal.
"We would never do that to you Cora, we like you for you. Did you give him a chance to explain?" I ask suddenly, forgiving her on the spot.
She's going through a tough time and I have to be there for her.
"Uhh... about that..." She udders.
"Cora!" We drag her name out in frustration.
"Sorry!" She raises her hands as it to surrender.
We break out in laughter again.
"This is fun, does this happen often?" Piper perks up. Lexi, Cora and I look at each other before laughing even harder. Lexi started clapping like a retarded seal, Cora fell back on the bed and I started rolling on the floor... literally! "What? Did I say something funny?" Her face filled with confusion, priceless.
"Believe it or not we hated each other last month. If you told us we would end up friends we would laugh in your face," Lexi starts. Cora stiffens at the word 'friends' but it was barely noticeable by the way she wiped it off her shoulders, like it didn't affect her.
It's still hard for her because she never had more than one friend, me.
Having Lexi call herself a friend in less than a month was awkward for her, no doubt.
Piper's P.O.V:
This is nice, 4 friends laughing together after a hard time, soon to be 3. I'm still new but I could get used to this every day.
I'm still confused about the 'Agency' and 'Academy' and 'Headquarters', and I'm trying the best I can to understand everything.
