Sadie's (Tia) P.O.V:
Sitting at the table, I felt tension between the two other girls. I kept looking between them, waiting for someone to tell me what the heck happened. When I fell asleep, all was well, so something must have happened overnight.
They were having a staring contest now. Guess I'll let them be for a while. I got up from the table and placed my dish in the sink, proceeding to go to my room.
"God, you're such a jerk." I say to myself. "You just leave the two enemies in the same room." I decide to go back. Walking down the stairs, I make it into the kitchen. The two girls freeze when they see me and go back to eating. "Were your two just whispering?"
They look at me with evil glares, so I raise my hands and go back to my room.Alexia's (Sierra) P.O.V:
"You can't just ditch school!" I yell whisper so Sadie doesn't overhear. She's probably suspicious now, after catching us whispering.
"I have to, it's for the mission." Cora responds.
"What will we go to school with then, hmmm... the bus?" I ask, getting more pissed by the minute.
"How about you drive to school, I'll tell everyone I'm sick and I'm going to throw up so I can go home. I go to where I have to go and come back when it's time to pick you guys up." Cora offers. I sigh. Why does she have to make it sound like its a good plan?
"Why don't we all go?"
"Because someone will get suspicious as to why we all left at the same time, and we will get called down to the principal."
"Then why are you going?"
"Because I'm the one that's been doing research, and because you have to be at school to tell Lucas that you'll be with him on Saturday." I sigh once more.
"What about Sadie?"
"We'll tell her the same thing we'll tell everyone." She responds.
"So she won't be in the plan, but why?"
"It's a complicated story, you wouldn't believe it anyways." She replies.
"Are you calling me stupid, I'm a spy for crying out loud! I've been through the worst, surely it's not that bad as you claim it to be."
"I don't wanna talk about it." She mutters.Coraline's (Bailey) P.O.V:
Today's conversation for breakfast was the most awkward so far. The car ride wasn't any better. Sadie was being really silent (not that she talks much anyways) and Lexi had anger plastered all over her body and it looked like her forehead said 'don't talk to me or I'll explode' she was so tense.
"You guys, we need groceries." I say, breaking the silence.
"That's good, why don't you go shopping for eggs and tampons." Lexi suggests.
"Umm... why tampons?" I ask.
"Because someone lit yours, the one you're wearing right now." Lexi snaps.
"Umm... I'm not wearing a tampon right now." I say slowly. I look over to Sadie and she's looking out the window, avoiding eye contact with me. We reached the school.
"Whatever." I mumble, getting out of the truck and grabbing my bag on the way. We were doing so well yesterday, and telling her my idea of skipping school triggered her to get all pissy. Maybe that's why she wanted me to buy tampons, because it's her time.
Walking into the school, I go to the bathroom. I don't need to go, I'm going there to hide. I hear girls chit chatting in the halls and the bathroom. It's like a hangout, but not a place to clear out your blatter. I guess I shouldn't be talking either because I'm here hiding. Checking for a sign of Sadie or Lexi, I see that the coast is clear. I run to the school doors and push open. They're gonna hate me for this but it's for a good reason. I unlock to truck and hop in the driver's seat. Good thing the Agency gave me an extra key to the beat up truck, or I would have to go back and pry some locks open and cause some commotion. I put the key into the ignition and turned it until I heard the pleasing sound of the buzzing engine. I shut my eyes and exhaled. Why... Why? I keep asking, but I don't get any responses. I sigh. Let's get this over with.***
Going 100 km/h was relaxing. My hands are tense around the wheel and my motions are very motional, so going straight refrained me from crashing. So far, I stopped at 2 of the 3 farms. They were all the same. Ding!
I look over to my phone, sitting on the passenger seat. I got a message from an unknown number.
Dead.
Looking at the number, I copy it and send it to the agency asking if they sent it.
Nope, sorry we didn't send any messages from that number but we'll try to track it down to prevent any more potential harm for minors. xxxxAgencyxxxx
I groan, how are we supposed to do this? It's like somebody's playing a trick on us, and we are trying to figure out 2 other threats before we dive into another one. Looking out the window, I spot another farm. Picking up my folder I threw on the ground while still driving the car, I look through the files. I find a picture of the farm, and look back at the farm I just saw on the road. What the heck! They're two totally different farms. I stop the car quickly and make a turn into the farm's driveway. Unlike the other farms, this one didn't have a house. I wonder why after doing all my research, I couldn't find this one. Putting the car into parking motion, I hop out of the car with my backpack on my back hanging loosely on one strap. I put my weapons all around me and I even put my laser clip on my hair. I take a step forward, slamming the car door in the process. Crunch! The rocks beneath my feet rub off of each other. That sound drives me crazy. It's like the sound of nails and chalkboard, or the squeaky sound of wet glass and a dry finger. I walk slowly to the farmhouse. Something odd is that there are no horses or cows around. It's eerily silent. I stop and look behind me, man the girls are going to hate me. I keep walking forward, and I finally reach for the doorknob. I push it open and cough. Bats fly out of the door and into my hair. I take out my gun and position it into ready mode. Once the bats are done, I take a step through the dusty farmhouse. It's like it's been abandoned for about 20 years minimum. You could somewhat see because of the cracks on the roof and the walls, and there were 2 windows on each side of the building.
"Bark! Bark bark bark!" I point my gun towards the creature coming fast towards me, even if I know it's a dog. It stops at my feet and I drop my gun, ready to pet it. Placing my hand slowly onto the medium sized, quite filthy puppy. The dog reacts quickly. It opens up its jaw and bites my vein, then it growls.
"Shit! You actually thought I was a threat!" I shout at the dog, while glaring at the blood gushing from the area that connects my hand from my arm, where all the veins are connected. A metallic scent filled the air and it got harder to breathe. Mosquitoes came into the farm, more and more by the second. My vision got blurry. I grab my gun and run towards the car. I place my bag onto a seat after opening the door, searching desperately through it looking for a shirt. My good hand grasps the material and I tug at it until it comes out. Bingo! I grab a knife as well, and I start tearing the shirt into strips, cutting my hurt wrist in the process. I hiss, continuing. I gently place my hand around the soft material and tie it with one free hand. What are they gonna think? Refusing to think about it any further, I grab a flashlight and a gun, before slamming the door. I'm going to go back and finish snooping. I'll kill the dog if I have to, nobody wants it anyways. If I go back to school now, I wouldn't accomplish anything and if I go back into the farm, I might find a clue. I run back and kick the farm door open.
The dog is gone. The dog just... vanished. My pulse rapidly increased, while the pulse on my wrist started throbbing onto the fabric, making my hand burn and itch. Why didn't I see the bite coming, it's not like it's the first time a dog bites me anyways. If I didn't see it coming, it means that I was distracted by something. I step into the farm and walk the whole perimeter. That's when I notice it. There is a knife stabbed into the wall, and on the ground is a desk, still standing. I go up to the knife. Standing right in front, I look on the floor.
More blood.
There is a note covered in blood, pinned on the wall with the knife.
I pick it up.
Hey Murphy. This will be your son's blood if you don't bring me 50K by Saturday.
I'm guessing this is their meeting area. Now we have a place we know where they'll be. I look to the ceiling. There is a light bulb hanging in the centre of the room. I'll come back tomorrow to place cameras and build hideouts for Lexi, Sadie and I. But if Lexi will be with Lucas and Sadie will be the gadget/lookout girl, it means Sadie will have to take over Lexi's part and Lexi will take over Sadie's, even if Lexi won't be near. She'll have the laptop and we'll keep her informed. Gosh, just making plans sends tingles up my spine. I pull out my phone. Clicking the power button, the clock says '1:20' so I have 40 minutes to get home, change, take care of my bite and drive to school to pick up the girls.Sadie's (Tia) P.O.V:
"So Tia, tell me what hobbies you have." Alex insists, with a nodding Dylan beside him. Ethan currently had a somewhat tamper tantrum, and I acted freaked out, like a normal girl would.
"Oh, you know... the usual. Kill people and save lives." I say jokingly, but I meant every word.
"Well, you don't seem... like that type of girl. Bailey seems like it but you... you're too innocent." Dylan says laughing. I glare at him.
"Hey, I like innocent girls." Alex says, raising his hands in surrender. I blush. What!?!? I, Sadie Cullen, spy of America, just... blushed? What am I turning into? A freak, that's what.
"Well you shouldn't like this one." I take Alex's arm and twist it behind him. He groans.
"Let go, it hurts." He says staring into my ocean blue eyes. I let go and walk up to them to catch their step. Together we walk in sync towards the school doors. Dylan cuts my path off. I glare at him but he pushes the door open instead.
"Ladies first." He says, doing a fancy hand motion towards the fresh air. I walk through first. A sharp pain shoots through my butt. I glare back at the idiot.
"You're not so innocent, I like it." Dylan smirks. I place a finger on his chest and push.
"Don't you dare spank me again or I will literally slit your throat. Understood?" I say threateningly. Ha, I got that from Cora. He gulps and nods, then smirks.
" I guess you guys are true cousins." Alex laughs.Alexia's (Sierra) P.O.V:
Standing in a corner with my arms crossed seems threatens to some people. Everybody comes up to me and asks if I'm alright. I mean, what does it look like. I'm angry, that's what I am. I spot the doors open. Sadie walks through the doors, I sigh relief and relax. She quickly spins around and threatens someone. I internally laugh. Not something you see every day. 2 guys follow her out of the door.
"Hey Tia, over here!" I shout. All 3 of them face me. A cute guy whispers to Sadie, and she nods. She waves goodbye and walks towards me.
"So what's up?" She asks, acting casual.
"Tia, Bailey stole our car, she ditched us in this hell hole to complete the..." I hesitate to say the word 'mission' in public, even if we were alone in a corner "for us." I whisper, careful to use our undercover names. She runs her hand through her hair.
"Did you try and call her?" She asks. I nod.
Speak of the devil and she shall appear.
The beat up truck shows up and parks right in front of the school doors. I hear a door slam shut. We see the devil get into the passenger seats. Dumbass, doesn't she know she can just scoot down to the other chairs. She seems different. Scared. She's wearing sweatpants and a sweater. That's when I notice it. A piece of white cloth sticking out from under her sweater. I grab Sadie's hand and drag her towards the car. I opened the door with force and slam it shut, just like she did, to show her she's not getting out of this without an explanation. I stare straight at her, while she avoids my gaze.
"You... have some explaining to do."

Here you go, another awaited chapter. Yes, some dogs bite. My best friend's brother has a dog, so he loves dogs. He was skateboarding one day (he was 10 at the time) and a girl was walking her dog. She said the dog doesn't bite so he went to pet the dog but... she lied. So he had to go to the hospital and have his hand bandaged. He had to get stitches and you probably know the scary stories in the hospitals so I'll stop there. Anyways, until next time!
