They alwayse say sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me....Well that's a lie. They hurt so bad. The saying should be sticks and stones may break my bones and words will forever hurt me. Because it's true. Words stay with you forever. They cut deep like knives. Trust me...I know first hand how it feels. All the names and judgement. Even by my own family. It hurts so bad. And it just...triggers me in a way nothing else can. But whatever
