Bleeding Heart

~ At Nandos ~

We walked out odd the movie telling each other how we liked the movie, until we got into her car and drove off blasting the radio, and singing to "Stand By Me" by Prince Royce, until we arrived at Nandos, and got out of the car and headed to the doors.

"after you ma'lady" Moni joked as she opened the door and motioned for me to go in.

"why, thank you" I joked back as I put one foot behind the other and bowed like I had a dress on.

We both laughed and walked in and getting a couple stairs from people, but we didn't care, cuz laughed even harder as we made our way to the front desk to get our table.

"table for two, please" asked the man behind the desk or booth or...whatever you wanna call it. Anyways.

"right this way, follow me" the man said as he grabbed two menus and started waking towards a table for us, as we followed him.

As soon as we got there we sat down and the man handed us the menus, "would you like something to drink to start off with" he asked both of us as we opened the menus to look at them, and he took out his pen and pad to take down our orders for our drinks.

"can I have a Shirley temple please, with two cherries instead of one" I asked the man as he wrote down my order (I have never been to Nandos and I'm ashamed of that, so I don't know if they do have Shirley temples there, sorry).

"of course" he said smiling at me, "and you miss" he asked Moni as he pointed to her.

"I think I'm gonna have the same thing, but with no cherries,I don't like cherries" she told him as he wrote her order making my eyes widen.

"sure thing,I will right back with drinks, and if you guys are ready to order to food by then, then I would be happy to take your orders, okay" he said to us with a smile and we nodded and smiled back.

As soon as he was out of ear range,I had to ask Moni something that was bothering me a little.

"you don't like cherries!!!" I whisper yelled.

"no, why, is that a bad thing, or something" she said jokingly rolling her eyes and smiling at me.

"yeah, it is a problem, actually, and don't roll you're eyes at me Missy, cherries are awesome, how could not like them" I said joking around with her but being serious about the cherries being awesome.

She opened her to talk, but had no time, cuz the waiter came back with our Shirley temples, "here you are, would you guys like to order now or wait a while" he asked us smiling.

"we would like to order now please" I said as we both smiled back at him as he took out his NotePad and pen to take our order.

"okay, what would you two lovely ladies like" he asked us smiling once again at us and we returned the gesture with a little blush,seriously what is with all the smiling, and the blushing on top of that,ugh.

"um, can I get some Perry Perry chicken, and hot sauce to go with that, and extra fries with not too much but can you put extra salt on them, with rice, and some spicey chicken wings please" I asked him with a smile and he seemed shocked but he write down my order. (like I said,I have never been to Nandos, so I don't what they have, sorry again).

"and what you like miss" he asked Moni turning to her slowly and looking terrified as if she would order the same thing as me.

"I would also like, Perry Perry chicken, with hot sauce and fries with a little bit of extra salt please" she told him as she smiled and we both closed our menus and handed them to him as he gladly took them and continued writing down the order, as soon as he was done, he looked at us and smiling, seriously stop smiling!!!

"I will be right back with your orders" he told us as he walked away rather quickly which made me and Moni laugh so hard that tears were forming in our eyes and and our faces were red as a tomatoe.

We chatted about anything and nothing until our food arrived, and took about five waiters to carry it all which people look at weirdly, but we didn't care, we were hungry.

"there you go, enjoy!" The waiter from before, told us before scurrying away with the other waiters as quickly a they could which earned a laugh from us.

After having a good laugh, we ate and enjoyed it like the man said to, after wards we had to leave, so we headed out the door after we payed and straight to her car and drove off to my house cuz I asked her to drop me off.

As soon a we got to my house, I unbuckled my self and opened the passenger door, and lifted up the seat to get my stuff from the back, when I was done getting my stuff, I put my seat back and closed the passenger seat, and then bent down to out my head in the window.

"thank you so much Moni, for hanging with and having girls day with me" I said to her with a sweet smile.

"your welcome, ooh my god, we should do this another time" she said with a big smile in her face which earned a chuckle from me.

"must certainly" I said smiling back at her.

"well I have to go now, before my Mom flips out that I'm not home yet" she said rolling her eyes but giggling at the end.

"okay, bye Moni" I said giggling as well, as I stepped away from the car.

"bye Marissa, see you soon" she said waving and me waving back with a fake smile as she drive off.

The thing Moni didn't know yet is that I leave tomorrow, she is gonna be devastated that I didn't tell her.

She is probably going to cry that I didn't tell her, and I didn't like seeing her cry, trust me.

But even worse, is she might...

Hate me...
