Divergent

We are not alone.

I wake up and look around. Then I remember I am in fours bed but he isn't here. I lay up and I put my shoes on and walk down stairs I see Zoe, Brad and Tobias sitting down in the main room. Brad and Zoe were talking but Four was just sitting there looking down at the floor. I walked towards Zoe and sit down beside her. When four relized I had just entered he made eye contact with me, but I turned my head and looked at Zoe and told her good morning.

Next thing I know the door bust wide open. It was David's soldiers but I didn't see David. They immediately start shooting their guns I hear Zoey scream and Brad stands up and grabs his gun of the table. I look at Four and he was already running up the stairs to get his gun. Zoey and I didn't have a gun. We were helpless.

"Zoey come on!" I yell at her and grab her by the wrist and pull her up the stairs. Four runs down the stairs past us and helps Brad fight them off.
Zoey and I reach to top of the stairs.
And I go get my bag and she goes to get hers.

Fours POV:
Brad and I are down stairs shooting the soldiers. We were out numbered.
"Come on!" I yell to Brad leading him up the stairs. I then see Zoey and Brook grabbing there bags. I tell them to follow me and Brad. We all end up in my room. I shut the door and we hear them running up the stairs. I grab my coat and put it on and grab my bag.

"What's the plan Four?" Brad asks me

"Run" I say as I break the window.

"Brad, jump"

I say,knowing that the ground is only a couple feet away. It's safe to jump. It's all we can really do. Brad jumps, then Zoe does to, as well as Brook. I hope she's ok. I haven't spoken to her since last night. After she jumps out the window the men break the door down and begin to shoot. I quickly jump out and run around where the truck was. Zoe and Brook were in the front seats and Brad was in the trunk. I jump in with him and tell Zoe to drive and she does.

"How did they find us!?" Brad asks

" I have know clew. I thought we were safe." I respond

I open the window so I can ask Zoe and Brook if they are ok. Zoe says yes but Brook just nods her head gesturing yes. I'm now worried about her. Is she mad at me? Did u do something?

I look at Zoe and tell her to keep driving until she sees some kind of structure that we can stay at for the night. She replied with an okay.
We drove for hours. It was horrible, considering that I was the one who was sitting in the trunk with Brad and had to listen to all his cheesy jokes.

We drove until it was dark. We finally reached a old blue barn. "Pull in here" I tell Zoey. She then does so, she parks behind the barn so they want see the vehicle. We all get out the truck and walk to the front of the barn we walk in and it was freezing. It was already cold outside, but it was colder inside which did not make any sense at all. There were mattresses on the floor which was suspicious, but it no longer was when realize we were not alone.
