Divergent

Hey tobias

I wake up to the sound of silence. It's so peaceful. I stand up and put my hair up like usual. When I walk out of my shed I saw a figure and gasped. They herd me any turned around. It was... Tobias..? What was he doing up here? I guess he was wondering the same thing though.

When he notices it's me he quickly walks towards me. We were face to face. I could tell he was angry.

"What are you doing up here" he asks

" I like it up here" I respond

"Where did you come from? I would have heard you coming up the stares.."  He stated

Then he noticed the shed behind me because of the light coming from my gas lamp inside.
He looked at me. He looked concerned.

"You sleep up here?" He asked

"Yes" I replied ashamed, looking down at my shoes.

"You're always up here?" He said

"Usually" I answer

" you did it.. Didn't you?" He asked

Oh no. He knows. Should I just be honest. I can't trust him. He was with those men.

"You need to tell me" he snapped

" they were about to shoot them and all I did was tell stop and then I was going to go help the people but you stopped me so I don't know where they went but I wasn't spying I was ju--" I got cut off by Tobias

"That's why you were running?" He asked

" yes". I say quietly

"You should be glad I stopped you, they would have killed you without thinking." Tobias said

" why would you care. " I snap

"What makes you think you can talk to me like that?" He says angrily

"Your heartless, your just going to tell them i did it anyway so I'm practically  all ready dead" I begin to tear up

"That's not true. And no, I'm not going to tell anyone. The only reason they want you dead is because you saw something you weren't suppose
to see."   he snapped back

"And what is it that I saw that was Sooo special" I ask jokingly

"You saw them killing divergents"
He says

"They still do that!? I thought that they  understood that we were the same" I said

" they are trying to find a certain divergent though.  There was one divergent that was 100% her name was tris. But they think there's one that is a higher percentage than that." He said

"Tris was your girl friend right?"

" she was. But she betrayed me and she is not who she always said she was. I'm glad she's dead."
He said walking away.

"Tobias wait"

He stopped and rushed back to me quickly.

"Don't call me that. My name is Four!"
He snaps back

"I'm sorry... I just wanted to know what I should do..."

"You're fine as long as your not divergent"

"But I am!"

"Meet me in the dining hall at lunch and We will  talk about what to do"

"Ok"

He then begins to walk away and I feel bad for calling him Tobias. I thought that people didn't call him 4 anymore.
He was just starting to Be nice then he snapped at me.
