Chapter 40:
As soon as her name escaped my mouth, Aubrey jumped up from her seat and ran towards me. I ran towards her as well, and we met halfway. We flung ourselves into each other, and hugged tightly. Even after everything she had put me through, she was still my Best Friend.
But I needed answers.
We pulled away and she wiped away the tears that stained her face.
"Where the hell have you been? Where's G? What has been going on? Tell me, for gods sake!" I yelled into her face. I didn't care how as watching anymore. People were probably filming, but I didn't care for shit.
"I can't tell you...He made me promise, I can't, I'm sorry Elle. I love you, but i have to go." She started running out of the Spa, and I followed her. But sadly my fashion choice betrayed me as I fell to the floor by tripping in my maxi dress.
I groaned as I felt a strong shot of pain course through my left shoulder, which I had landed on. As if this day couldn't get any better than it already was!
Note the sarcasm.
Aubrey was gone. I had missed my chance to figure everything out.
I started to get up, but the pain in my shoulder worsened. I tried again, and people rushed to help me, but i occident get up. The pain just go towers and worse, and eventually I codlin take it anymore. I screamed out in agony and then everything went black.
