Chapter 51:
Once I got home, my parent hugged me. They whispered a few encouragements to me and then left me again. Alone, at home.
I wasn't going to do anything to myself, but god, leaving a girl who was suicidal a week ago alone at home?
With a smile on my face I strode into the kitchen and opened the fridge. There wasn't a lot inside, so I ended up cooking up some noodles, then eating some pop tarts, then drinking 2 bottles of water, and then to top it all off I plopped some skittles into my mouth.
What? Hospital food was disgusting.
Once I had finished eating I sat down on the couch and turned on Netflix. I picked out a movie called "Burlesque", and started watching it.
Halfway through the movie, the doorbell rang. I stood up and walked to the front door. Before opening it, I looked at the security cameras we had outside but grinned when I saw who it was. I flung open the door, and we hugged each other tightly. "G." I sighed into his chest, and he chuckled.
"I'm here, Elle. I'm sorry I haven't been. But I'm back now." I nodded, and we went into the living room to finish watching the movie. It finished all too quickly, and G's phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and groaned. "I'm sorry, Elle, but i have to take this." I nodded in understand and he picked up the phone.
"Hey... Yeah I'm actually kind of busy right now."
"What do you mean?"
"Nah, man, you're joking."
"Ah shit. I'll be there in 10."
He turned around to me and sheepishly smiled which made me roll my eyes at him. "Go. Sort out whatever problems you've got. I'll call Aubrey or Johnson or Madison or something if I need company or whatever." He nodded his head and then left.
I picked up my new phone from the table. It was blocked for any social media, and any numbers who weren't my parents, Gilinsky, Johnson, Aubrey, or Madison. Those were the only people who I could call and text. So I decided to text Johnson. I missed him even though it had only been hardly day since I had seen him last.
After 5 minutes, he answered. He was coming over in a few minutes. That made me smile, and I quickly jumped upstairs into my room and changed into some comfortable sweatpants and a crop top. We both knew that he was going to be sleeping over. He wasn't going to try anything, everyone knew that as well.
I squealed a little when I heard the doorbell ring and ran downstairs. I opened up the door, and jumped into my soulmate's arms.
Aubrey had been right. Johnson was my soulmate, and I was pretty sure that I was his as well. We ,older perfectly into each other. Like we were sculpted for our bodies to press against each other. It sounded crazy, but that's how I felt. He was everything to me.
