Broken Promises (Starco)

Part 7

Star's POV

The next day Marco wasn't feeling any better. He sat down and ate his breakfast without a word. I even made waffles for him, but he refused. Waffles always make me feel better! Then I had the most amazeriffic idea. "Hey Marco wanna go to another dimension?" I asked him excitedly.

"If I must," Marco sighed and got up. I was super excited, dimension hopping always cheered me up. I took out my dimensional scissors and opened up a dimension. "What dimension are we going to again?" Marco asked.

"I have no idea!" I said grabbing Marco's hand and jumping in.

Marco's POV

We jumped in, well more like Star yanked me in. When we emerged we were in a place that was every shade of pink you could imagine. A flock of fluffy creatures that were pastel pink, yellow and purple and had giant anime eyes flew into the purply-blue horizon. "Where are we?" I asked in awe.

"OMG we're in Super Pink Cutesy Land! I love this place!" Star squealed.

"Who thought of the name is Super Pink Cutesy Land?" I asked because it sounded really stupid. Star bounced on what looked like a big bowl of pink jelly. "Princess Cutesy of Super Pink Cutesy Land of course!" She replied, "Hey, let's go meet her!" Star jumped off the pink jelly.

"Okay lead the way!"

On the way to the princess' palace we came across these weird creatures. They looked like marshmallows with chibi faces. One of them greeted us, "Sup dudes," he said in a deep voice. Star gasped. "Marshall?!" The marshmallow looked shocked.

"Star? It's been so long! Oh, and who's this?"he asked.

"Oh, Marshall this is Marco," Star said. We both greeted each other. I was a bit confused at that moment."So you guys know each other?" I asked. Star nodded.

"Me and Marshall used to drop the sickest beats in Super Pink Cutesy Land!"

*Flashback*

Star: We are on in three two one (switches the camera on and starts beat boxing)

Marshall: Me and Star ate a chocolate bar, it turns out it was my ma. She tried to hit me with a car.

Over to you Star!

(Marshall starts beat boxing)

Star: His ma got mad, she called his dad. His name was Vlad. HE SAID WE WERE BAD!

Star and Marshall: (shouting) PEACE OUT!

*End of flashback*

"Okaaaayyyy..." I said. There was an awkward pause.

"Say, wanna come see the princess with us?" Star asked Marshall. He nodded.

2 hours later

After crossing the chocolate river, going through the Candy Forest and taking a shortcut through Cookie Crumble village( we had to stop there so Marshall could see his cousin Bertha) we finally reached the princess's palace. It was just a pink as the rest of the dimension. At the gates were two meringue shaped things with arms and legs holding pitchforks. Presumably they were the guards. One of them stopped us,"halt! State your business!"

"It is I, Princess Star Butterfly and I wish to see the princess," Star said in a posh accent.

"As you wish," the guard said bowing. Inside the palace was even more pink than the outside, it hurt my eyes. I followed Star and Marshall until we reached a big pink door with red hearts on it. Star knocked three times and it opened immediately. The room was empty except for a gold throne with pink jewels on it. As we approached the throne I realised there was someone sitting on it. It was a red heart with arms and legs wearing a white lacy dress. She also had a silver tiara on her head. "Star Butterfly is that you?" She asked in a British accent.

"You know it!" Star replied. The princess jumped off her throne at once and hugged Star tightly. She greeted Marshall aswell.

"I have missed you ever so much!" She said. Then she saw me, "Star, you never told me you had a boyfriend!"

My cheeks went slightly pink but Star's were bright red. "BOYFRIEND!?" Me and Star both said at the same time.

"You have done a great job!" Princess Cutesy smirked.

"Whoa, me and Marco are not dating!" Star said. It's annoying that everyone thinks that! Marshall was laughing behind me. I gave him a 'shut up!' look. Princess Cutesy frowned,"Oh you would have made a marvellous couple!" That made me blush even more. Anyways, after that embarrassing moment the princess invited us for tea and biscuits. Yep, you guessed it they were pink! "So are you still rapping with Marshall?" Princess Cutesy asked.

"Nope not really," Star replied with a mouth full of pink heart shaped biscuits.

"Though we should start again," Marshall added. Then Star started laughing. We all looked at her weirdly. "Remember those cuss battles we used to have?" She said to Marshall. He started laughing too. "Oh yeah, let's show them one right now!" They both got out of their seats. Star straightened her dress and took a deep breath. She then said to Marshall,"You try and act all cool but really you're a walking talking piece of fat!" 

"Ohhhhhh!" Me and Princess. Cutesy said. Then Marshall said to Star. "Not like you can talk you're just a dumb blonde princess!" Star ran her fingers through her hair and pretended to be offended. "Your stupid cusses don't work on me, try them on Marco." What?! I thought as Marshall turned to me with a mischievous grin. "Marco you're an Earth turd," he said bluntly. Star and Princess Cutesy burst out laughing like it was so funny. He must be friends with Pony Head to come up with that one! I laughed the cuss off,"Oh you think that's funny, well listen to this!" I turned to the princess. Star and Marshall looked alarmed.

"Uh Marco I don't think that's such a good-" Star began but I cut her off.

"Hey, you had your go!" I complained. Then I walked right up to Princess Cutesy and said,"Hey Princess, why is your head so big?" I laughed but Star and Marshall looked worried. The princess's bottom lip quivered and her eyes grew big. "Marco, what did you do?!" Hissed Star. What did I do? Then the princess began crying and crying and crying. "The princess is really sensitive," Marshall told me. Shoot. It wasn't that mean of a cuss was it? I looked at Star, "Why didn't you tell me?"

"I tried to!" She argued back. I could barely hear her over the Princess Cutesy's wailing. The guards, obviously hearing the princess, ran in. One of them pointed at me, "You! Explain yourself!" He shouted.  How did they even know it was me? "Errrrm I think it's time to go, right Marco?" Star said taking out her dimensional scissors. I nodded. Quick as a flash, she cut a hole. We waved to Marshall and jumped in. I could hear the meringue guards shouting for us to come back. Me and Star fell on the floor laughing. We laughed so much we were practically crying, even though it wasn't that funny. I wiped a tear from my eye,"That was hilariously unexpected." 

Star snorted, "Hilariously unexpected, who says that?" I realised what I had just said and gave her a goofy grin. Then Star stopped smiling. I sat down next to her,"Hey, what's wrong?" Star sighed.

"It's just that you were so sad and I wanted this to be perfect but it failed" Star explained. 

"Are you kidding me that was hilarious!" I told her, she laughed a little. "Besides, I haven't even thought about Jackie all day!" Saying her name stung but it was about time I'd gotten over her. Star smiled and without thinking I hugged her. She was a bit surprised at first but she hugged back. After a while we pulled apart. Then we stared into each other's eyes for a while until I realised me an Star still had our arms around each other. Star was blushing and my cheeks went pink. After that there was an awkward silence, I broke the awkwardness by coughing and saying,"You up for nachos?" 

Star pumped her fist into the air and said, "You know it Safe Kid!" I chuckled.

"I thought you forgot that!" 

Star gasped, "Never!" I laughed and headed to the kitchen. Man, she's a weird girl but you gotta love her.

So that is probably the weirdest chapter I've ever written. And how did you like that bit of Starco in the end? Halfway through writing this I left to play with some play-doh XD I still have pink play-doh stuck in my nails lol.
