♡ I'm Kind Of Freaking Out About This ♡

Honestly, I'm probably going to mention Job quite a bit in this book because I've had more than a few times where God has shown me something through that man's story.

Actually, it's kind of scaring me a bit because that particular character "shows up" in my life pretty often. I don't know what to think about it to be honest.

For example, just the other day, kristenk923 started talking about Job in her Bible study group. Now I love that particular book in general because of it has a reoccuring presence in my life, it's interesting, and it was the first Biblical book I read in entirety, but she happened to make it the next topic the same morning I decided to ask about joining this group.

Conincidence, God? I think not!

I literally have no idea why He keeps bringing this topic up in my life.

Truthfully, it's scaring me, considering what happens in the story. I really am worried that God is trying to tell me that I'm going to go through something like this.

Most of the time, I just shake it off and go, 'nah, I'm just. . .getting closer and closer to God. . .and He's showing me what it means to have a relationship with Him. . . Yeah! That's all it is! Duh, Shadows, don't be silly!'

Um. . .

Okay, I do trust God, and I know He knows what He's doing. Maybe I shouldn't be worried about it too much. I should take it as a good sign. Besides, I've been going through some struggles with the enemy lately, maybe He's telling me that I'm not alone in this, and that I wasn't the only one He let the devil tempt and attack. Job has been something I always heard about or thought back to whenever I was dealing with something that frustrated me.

Even before I was a Christian there were times in my life where Job was a particular topic discussed or mentioned.

I don't know what He's got in store for me, but I know He's gonna guide me through it.
