I entered the cafeteria, all eyes on me. I didn't understand why, and I just walked up, getting some breakfast, everyone still staring at me, as I sat down at the girls' table.

"Why is everyone looking at me?" I asked confused. "It's strange.".

"Someone saw and heard... you and Harry," Colleen explained anxiously, almost afraid of my reaction. "We don't know who it was, but they've told everything. Everything.". Oh fuck. Oh fuck. Oh shit. Michael.

I quietly ate the breakfast on my plate, not breathing normally at all. "Everyone thinks I'm a slut, right?".

"No!" Maddie exclaimed a bit too loud and kept her voice down. "You were tempted by Harry, we've all been, I bet most of the guys have been tempted, but it's more that you were with Harry, who you're supposed to hate, and people are little... confused.".

"Can't speak for Michael, though," Hannah spoke and quickly glanced over to him. "I think you owe him an apology, even if you aren't really dating.". I muttered to the girls that I didn't have sex with Harry, just to make it clear to them, that I hadn't given up my principles. I felt awkward as everyone glared at me, and when everyone started to leave, I went over to the boy, who really needed an explanation.

"Michael!" I called more desperately than I intended to sound. "Can we talk?". He stopped and we waited to talk until his friends has disappeared. "Believe me when I say I didn't screw him, I don't know what happened. We were just talking and we went to the lake, and... well we kissed and it got more intense, but we didn't have sex, I promise.".

"I believe you, Selena, I know you wouldn't lie to me," Michael admitted with a small smile. "It's not the first time I've lost a girl to Harry, can't blame him though, he's way too attractive, girls fall for him instantly,". I wanted to say something, but I didn't know what to say. "I understand how it works. You don't know it, but you wanted Harry to be jealous, so you used me. And it's alright. I mean, sometimes I even think I like him.".

I protested quickly. "I don't like him, I really don't! And I don't want you to feel like I've used you, I actually do like you, you know?".

Michael laughed slightly. "Trust me, you like him, you'll realize that soon enough. And I really like you too, but honestly you'd always be wanting Harry, and I'll always want Ava,". Ava was his ex, and man, were they in love, constantly holding each other's hands, kissing every chance they got. Everybody thought they were going to get married, well at least until she cheated. He'd had girlfriends since then, but none of the relationships really worked out, and it only took me a second to figure out that I could have been one of these girls, and I'd become sad when we broke up, and it would all be terrible.

"I guess..." I stammered out, feeling a bit overwhelmed. "I'm attracted to Harry, Michael, but I don't like him, not in the way you think I like him.".

"Whatever you say, Selly," he grinned and kissed my cheek.. "Friends?". I nodded and he left the cafeteria, and I soon followed, so I could go pack my stuff. When I got back to the cabin, my friends questioned me about my conversation with Michael, and I told them everything. They seemed relieved that it had been that easy, and it all returned to the normal happy atmosphere, we usually had.

The bus drive home was weird. I was sitting with Liam, and we just kinda talked about random shit for a while, until we both discovered that we both liked watching Doctor Who, and then we just sat and talked about how excited we were for the 50th anniversary episode. However a way too familiar boy asked Liam to go sit with Zayn, and Liam grinned at me, before leaving me alone with Harry.

"I want you to know that I'm alright with being friends," he started out and dropped down in the seat next to me. "And if you ever need 'help', I'll be right there.". I couldn't help but to laugh.
