Green for the envy I have of you. It hurts to think you can't be with me<3 -Anonymous.

I peered down at the small slip of paper in my hands, and had no idea what to think. This was seriously creepy. Sad, sweet, and creepy. I walked up to my room and placed it with the others, I kept them as clues to know who it was. But if the rainbow pattern was true, then what happens at purple?

I don't know... But I had bigger things to worry about.

Back to the night Riley came- Madi's POV:

"Okay, let me lock the door Ava. I think I know where Syrena's weapons are." I told Ava. She was sat behind the bed, 'hiding', while I looked for something if Riley decided to come up here and- well, you know.

I searched for the black case in Syrena's closet. She had kept a few knives and pepper spray in our room ever since Riley's assault. I figured we had to protect ourselves. I grabbed a knife for Ava, a knife for me, and the mace. I stood to the side of the door, so I could spray him the second he came in.

I looked to Ava, and she was huddled up, shaking. Our eyes met, and a tear spilled down her cheek. "I'm scared Madison." She said, fearfully. I gasped, and hugged her tightly. "You're going to be okay." I told her, and she cried. "What about my baby?"

I looked down. "Them too. I promise." I said seriously, then I went back to my post by the door. Suddenly, I heard shouts, and screams. Crap, I looked at Ava, and she had wide eyes.

"It's okay, the cops will be here soon." I told her, and she nodded. I looked out the window, and saw the swat team arrive, thank God. I looked downstairs, without Ava, and saw Will, cradling Ayla in his arms. She was frail, and limp. No. Crap, no!

"Ava, don't!" I pleaded, before she looked over the stair-rail and saw Ayla. Her hand met her mouth, as she shot backwards, gasping.

I paced around outside Ayla's hospital room. I stopped when I saw Zack and Ryan enter the hospital. I watched as Zack held Ava closely, and kissed her cheek.

My eyes met with Ryan's and he rushed over to me. I quickened my pace, and crashed into him with a bone-crushing hug. "I missed you." I whispered into the crook of his neck.

"I missed you too, Madison. I-I I'm so sorry for everything." He said, and we pulled apart. I let out a few tears, and he wiped them away with his finger. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt?" He asked and I shook my head. "No, but Ayla... She survived, but we don't know how long she has." I told him, and he nodded grimly. "Poor Will."

"Poor everyone... What is this going to do to us?"

"I don't know. I mean-" Ryan was interrupted, by a very happy Syrena. "Guys come look!" She said, and we walked to Ayla's room to see a baby in her arms.

"Emory Ayla West." Will said, and I let out an 'aw'. "Perfect." Ayla said.

Back to Syrena:

It was Wednesday, and the cops finally had everything sorted out. I just had to go sign some stuff tomorrow night. My mom had stayed from work since Saturday, when she came back, and the family was spending as much time together as possible. We needed it, since Ayla was not going to be here very long- but my mom was to return sometime this week. I understood that.

I actually hadn't been to school at all this week, but Ash was bringing me my work everyday, which was super sweet of him. We had hung out twice this week, and he asked me about getting together on a real date. So we were going out next week- he figured he should wait a bit.
