Chapter 14

I got another Hyundai Elantra only this one is a 2012 and it's leather with tan interior. It's white on the outside.

We met up with everyone for dinner. We're all at my apartment now.

I'm unlocking the door. I try to turn the knob, but it's locked.

Which means it was unlocked before.

"Did you not lock the door?" Liam asks.

"No, I locked it. I know I did."

He frowns. I unlock it again.

He goes in first.

My TV is on.

What the fuck.

We all kinda stand there for a minute.

And then Sovereign walks out of my bedroom, in Liam's shirt.

"I'm borrowing your shirt." She says.

"No, you can't have that one."

"Why not?" she asks.

"Because that's Liam's."

She sighs and walks back into my room, coming out in a shirt that's mine.

"Sorry dude. I was dying at your parents. Izzy told your Mum to stop being a bitch and legit, they were fighting for over an hour, so I kinda took a cab here. I won't stay."

"You can hang out for a bit." I shrug.

ABBY'S POV

Everyone decided to go get a few beers.

Nobody here is underage, but they're all drinking. Liam is, too.

I'm completely sober. I haven't touched a drip.

"Come on!" Lauren says. "Just one shot!" she says, pushing the glass towards me.

"Sorry, I'll pass."

"Ya fuckin' pussy!" Kyle says.

Liam is kinda drunk.

I expected him to be either really horny or really crazy.

He's not.

Actually, he's really clingy.

He reeks of beer, but every time I get up, he gets up too. He won't stop touching me. It's not even sexually. He's halfway into my lap, petting my hair, nuzzling his nose against me.

"Alright!" Aaron says. "Let's play truth or dare!"

Sovereign is still here, but Brody is here now, too.

"You gotta fuckin' play." Madison says, pointing at me.

"Alright." I sigh.

We all move around the coffee table.

"Okay, I'll speak first!" Sovereign says.

She's drunk as fuck.

I'm literaly the only sober one.

"Abby, truth or dare?"

I sigh.

"Truth. Just for now."

She rolls her eyes.

"I just saw my fucking heart. That's how bad I rolled my eyes." She snaps. "And..." she hesitates, thinking hard.

"What's the most inappropriate place you and Liam have fucked?"

Liam has me in his lap and his arms are around me and his head is on my shoulder.
