the classes drone on. as the bell signalling freedom of the students echoing through the door, i stood up and face him.
"stop smiling like that." i said, my tone laced with warning.
his smile falters, confusion is visible in his eyes. "like what?"
"like nothing's wrong."

taehyung dragged me out of the room, taking me somewhere inside the school where there are no students. when we reached the garden, he sat on one of the benches there. he patted the seat beside him gesturing for me to sit down.when i did, "i want to tell you something." he said, without slipping his gaze to meet mine. i noticed the evident discomfort in his mien.
"sure," i replied. "about what?"
he turned to look at me, his face held an uneasy smile. "me."
i nodded.
i knew that this was a part of him that not many have seen. this was a part of him that was like a secluded, hidden, undiscovered treasure.
as i sat there waiting for him to reply, i felt a burning sense of elation, something undefined.
of all the friends he have, and the people he know, he had chosen to tell me.
