i saw him again at the café he usually go to. per usual, wearing his black hoodie. his eyes were fixed over the running cars and his hair is whiffling through the wind.
i finally decided to sit with him, every step i took felt heavier than the last.
"you okay?" i spoke. i didn't knew what to say.
"perfect." he muttered as he turned his eyes to me, giving me his heart-warming smile.
"i'm serious."
"so am i." he deadpanned, taking a sip from his coffee.
"stop lying." i stammered. it's unusual for me having to see taehyung like this, so i kind of feel different around him.
"you? are you okay?" he smiled once again, then he remained silent.
as soon as he got up, he lost his balance and dropped his coffee on the floor.
i knew he wasn't okay.
