POV: Sean

They found her.  She'll be here in a minute and I need to be ready.  Owen has already made it back and is putting blankets in the dryer like I asked.

Silas is the next one in.  I tell him that he will need to help warm Sang using skin to skin contact.  We move a recliner to the bathroom and turn on the hot water to make steam.

Gabriel brought in a clean sports bra and boy shorts to change her into.  Victor was waiting at the door to let them in and direct them to the bathroom.  Luke made a warm decaffeinated tea with sugar to help raise her blood sugar.

North, Nathan and Kota rush into the house and follow Victor to the bathroom.  No one leaves as Gabe and I undress her and put her in the dry clothes.  Silas is ready, sitting in the chair.  He snuggles her close getting as much of her skin flush with his.  There is nothing sexual about what he is doing.   It is basic survival 101.

Owen wraps both of them in the warmed blanket as Sean listens to her heart and lungs.  Kota checks her fingers and toes noting how pale they look and how cold they are.  "I think that it is just frostnip or very mild frost bite."  I glance at Sang's extremities and agree that it does not look too bad.  It is going to hurt like a bugger when they start to warm up though.

Sang stirs in Silas' arms, mumbling a bit cuddling closer to him.  She does always call him her "personal heater" and now we are putting that to use.

"AYE! Ta pódia kai ta chéria tis katápsyxis !" Silas shouts in Greek.  North laughs at him which defuses the tension in the room.

"She was just outside without shoes or gloves, of course her hands and feet are cold, you idiot!"  North is still laughing when we hear the most beautiful sound ever.

"North, don't call my personal heater an idiot."  With that everyone relaxes.

"How are you feeling, Pookie?" I ask her quietly.

"I'm cold and my hands and feet are burning, which is weird.  I think I have mild frostbite because I was stupid and ran away again."  She snuggles down into Silas, who is eating this up, even more.

"Well, let's take you temperature and we'll figure out what to do next," I say as I grab the oral thermometer.  Sang opens her mouth and allows Sean to put the thermometer under her tongue.  Everyone just watches as she stays snuggled into Silas' chest.  When the thermometer beeps, Sean takes it out.  "95.2 Your core temperature is still a bit low.  Luke has made you some tea, I want you to drink it all while it is still warm.  The best thing to do is to keep you bundled up and slowly warm you."

"Sang Darling, we need to talk about why you ran from us," Owen stoops down in front of her so he can look her in the eye.

"I was frustrated that you weren't listening to me.  I was telling you of how I was going to be fine since Lily will be there, Nathan will be there, and it is working with kids.  Some of you don't seem to trust me to be able to do the assignment.  And then I hit Luke.  I didn't mean to, really, but it just happened.  When none of you said anything or did anything, I got scared that you would not want me.  I ran, stupidly.  I am sorry for running.  I realize now that I should have taken a few moments inside and tried to talk to you again.  I want you to know it is my choice to take the assignment.  I know Kota has some say, but since I am not yet in the Academy, he is family only, not Team Lead to me.  Please don't fight me on this one.  The whole Anderson Team will be there and I am sure some of you were going to support Nathan.  Please..."

"Pookie, I will be there too as the doctor for the Tournament.  Sorry, Owen, Dr. Roberts asked me yesterday and I forgot to tell you with the excitement of the sleepover, " That and with the snow storm and seeing Pookie.
