"You can't recover... you're hopeless..." Doctor was eyeing me up and down, holding up pieces of charts and reports. Mom and Dad looked the same as before, expressionless, cold. "You should have known your own worth."
I shuddered. My head was spinning, and the numbers were haunting me again.
I woke up.
I wiped the sweat on my forehead, and sighed. When I could finally focus my sight, I saw a suspicious bean bag sofa on the floor. Wait a second, when did I start having a bean bag sofa in my room?
Then the most horrible thing happened. It moved. I let out a startled scream, and that's when I saw that the bean bag sofa was...Ryan?
He yawned, and when he saw me, he jumped. And what he did next was ugly.
He let out an unmanly scream.
I scribbled on the notepad furiously. "Why are you screaming??? I am the one who's scared!!!"
He covered his mouth.
