Chapter 9- Hunting for rock stars? Oh f**k yeah!

These past two weeks in Huntington have been amazing! My niece was so excited to find out that she was going to be a big sister. She came in screaming that night about the new baby, and how she was going to boss it around. That girl is a nut.

Everyone still picked on Johnny, like always, but he finally introduced us to his girlfriend Frankie. I guess all those times that he was M.I.A he was with her.

Zack has been moping around Matt and Layken’s house for the past, like, week because he claims ‘he’s the only one without someone to love’. I’m still waiting for him to meet Lucy. ;)

Things with Brian have been going very well. We’ve been on a few more dates, and they were great.

A few days after our ‘movie afternoon’ with Ryleigh, he took me out for dinner at a really fancy Italian restraint, and a movie. The food was to die for, and the movie was so corny, we spent the whole time either laughing at it, or making out. Ahahaha (:

We’ve been spending practically every day together since then, well, not when they’re in the studio. He officially asked me to be his girlfriend about 4 days ago. I was a little apprehensive to answer because we had never talked about what would happen when I had to go back home, but he just said we would take it a step at a time.

Matt decided to pull the ‘big brother’ card, and threatened that if he hurt me he’d rip his nuts off and feed them to pinkly. It was actually pretty funny.

But right now, I’m at the airport. Lucy’s plane is landing in about 15 minutes, and I can’t tell you how excited I am! Even though these 2 weeks have flown by in some sense, they’ve also dragged on waiting for the day Lucy came to Huntington. She went ape shit when I told her that Bri and I were a couple. She literally just said, ‘oh my god’ over and over, for about 20 minutes.

Finally the little board said that her plane has landed. I was looking through the crowd of people that started spewing from the gates, searching for (What I’m hoping) the only person with teal blue streaks in their hair. She’s not much taller than I am, only about an inch or two.

“Chyanne? Chyanne where the fuck are you!?” Yeah, there’s Lucy. I could see the people turning around to stare at her. Lucy has no couth, she could care less of what people think of her. And she hates airports. So I’m sure she just wants to get the hell out of here.

“Ahh! There you are!” She screamed, running at me. “ahaha, chill out Lulu, you’ll get us kicked out of here.” I laughed at her as we wrapped our arms around each other. “Like I give a fuck! Airports suck!” She laughed back.

It took about 20 minutes to get her luggage, and about another 10 to get it packed into my truck. Lucy packed just as much as I did.

We pulled up to Matt and Lay’s house, there were no cars in the drive way. Damn. I forgot that Layken and Ryleigh went to see Matt’s parents for the day and the guys were at the studio. We’ve gotta start unpacking her shit by ourselves. This should be interesting.

“Fuck! Lucy, turn it god damn it! It won’t come out that way!” “Will you shut the fuck up! I can’t turn it for Christ sake!” She screamed back at me. Some of the neighbors walked outside to see what was making the commotion, but when they saw that it was just two small girls, getting fairly big suitcases out of the backseat of a truck, they just went back inside.

Fuckers. They coulda helped.

“OW! Holy shit, I think my hand is gonna fall off!” I whined. Now I know why I made 5 drunken idiots bring my luggage in. “Wait, don’t move, I’m losing my grip…” Lu squealed out, but I didn’t hear her. I kept pushing forward. “Chy, stop! Sto—Oof!!” She lost her grip, and balance at the same time. I was still holding onto the bag, and went tumbling to the ground with her.
