Chapter Fourteen

Luke smirks to me and looks around and says he needs to go find a clean shirt as he walks out his bedroom door and I continue to look around.

Luke's POV

I notice how she is staring as she asks about my guitar.

"Is this yours?" She asks as she is pointing over by my guitar

"Oh um yeah it was one of my first ones" I tell her as I notice her eyes scanning my body she seems quite embarrassed that i noticed her looking but I don't mind, I step closer to her eliminating the space between us when my hand takes a gentle grip on her chin as my fingers go through her hair and we look into each others eyes and before I know what I'm doing I place my lips to her neck as a small moan escapes her small lips as I make my way up to them. When we touch I feel the sparks ignite all over my body springing me into what feels like a blissful dream as her silk lips finally meet mine she bites my bottom one playfully.

Damn, she's beautiful every thing about her is perfect. I hope she feels the same about me as I do about her. How could anyone ever hurt such a delicate wonderful person? I wish she'd give me a chance, i'm sure she would but i'm quite nervous to ask her if she feels the same.

I break apart the kiss slowly as I tell her I need to continue to get ready she smiles to me as I leave the room to pick out my shirt.

Cassie's POV

Luke soon returns with a white and black t-shirt on and he asks if I need anything before we leave and I tell him i'm fine. He's so sweet, he is one of the nicest cutest people I have ever talked to I am so glad Ashton introduced us. Ashton. My mind is reminded of him from last night he's probably worried about me and so is Aly. 

Luke interrupts me from my thoughts of my friends by leading me out to his car once agian.

"So where should we go?" He looks to me and I shrug.

"Well you've been hanging out with me all day and you should get to decide" I look to him and a grin appears on his face

"Well I like spending time with you" He beams and I can't help but blush a little

"Really!? Why?" I look at him waiting for the answer.

"Well you're really funny and sweet not to mention a great kisser" He smirks and I laugh at his comment as he pulls onto another street. I zone out looking back and fourth between the window and Luke as the radio fills in the silence.

"Okay we're almost there" He says pulling up to a street where many people are walking on the side walks between the crowed modern buildings next to each other. Luke scans the street for empty areas to park he finally spots one near the peer by the ocean with boats by the docks.

"It's beautiful!" I say to him

"I know I thought you'd like it!" He says grabbing my hand and walking me up to the small side walk cluttered with people as we approach I stop for a second.

I do know this place. 

"I haven't been here in ages!" I say with the nostalgic memories flooding back to my mind from when I was a child.

"Wait? You've been here?" He asks surprised

"Yeah yeah when I was really little like four, my father took me my mother and I on a business trip with him here and the Opera House isn't far from here because we went there too"

"Oh that's cool, and yeah it's about twenty minutes away from here." 

We continue walking around until Luke breaks the awkward-ish silence

"Um Cass... May I ask you something?" Luke turns to me

"Sure anything..."

"Well um I.. You don't have to give an answer but I was wondering what... what happened with your father?" He asks and I stand there for a moment.

"Like I said you don't have so answer I tottaly understand" he explains as I nod

"I'm sorry I asked... I didn't mean to make it awkward or anything I was just wondering.."

"Luke it's okay i'll tell you at a different time okay?" I turn to look at him and hug him as he takes my waist and leads me to a smoothie stand.
