Lily's heading to Hogwarts for the very first time, armed with her humor, brains and wand ready. (but of course it's really important and worth dying for, we're talking Potter here) but what is in store for her?
A year of magic, studies, secrets, b...
"Good morning Lily" said Mrs. Potter addressing her youngest and only daughter Lily Luna Potter who had just walked down the stairs in her night dress, rubbing her eyes sleepily. "Good morning mum" she replied shaking her vivid red hair out of her face. She went into the kitchen and smelt bacon. "'Morning Lils" James, her annoying older brother said and looked out of the window expectantly. "What are y-" her other brother Albus began but then fell silent as the specks in the sky took the form of three owls flying towards their house.
"Hogwarts!" Lily exclaimed and she ran to the window and waved her arms at the owls. Lily had just turned 11 years old that year and was eagerly awaiting the letter that invited her to Hogwarts after many years of being intensely jealous of her brothers.
Sure enough the owls came into the room and landed on the table only to be attacked by Lily as she viciously grabbed their parcels and letters.Two of the owls Lily easily recognized, one being her uncle Ron's and the other James's. The third owl was carrying three letters, all of which had the Hogwarts symbol stamped on the envelope. They were addressed to, 'James Sirius Potter', 'Albus Severus Potter' and the final one was addressed to 'Lily Luna Potter'. Seeing this Lily screamed with joy and she ran around the house singing "I'm going to Hogwarts' over and over again. James and Albus on the other hand opened their letters and read them.
"Mom, dad, we can go to hogsmede this year. Can you sign the form?" Albus asked waving apiece of parchment and grinning from ear to ear.
"Ok" his parents said and he ran up the stairs to owl his best friend Scorpius Malfoy. Mr. and Mrs. Potter looked on at this mayhem and opened the letter from Ron.
"Look kids, we can go to Diagon alley with Ron and Hermione if we are ready by 12." said Harry. "Yay!" exclaimed Lily and ran about some more. "Ok calm down and have your breakfast" Ginny said and guided her children to the table and soon all the food was eaten and dishes were washed.
Lily went into her room and wore some muggle clothing. Namely, jeans and a t-shirt. She flounced down the stairs and found James, Al and the rest of her family standing near the front door waiting for her.
"Finally"James said with a sigh. "How are we going?" Lily asked her parents. "Floo" they replied and said to James, "You know the drill". He took a handful of the glittering powder and threw it into the fire, saying "Diagon Alley" clearly. Everyone did it until only Ginny and Lily were left. She was never really confident with floo so her mom had always come with her but this time she said
"Go on" and nudged her towards the fireplace. Lily looked at the fireplace fearfully but still took a handful of the green powder and put it on the fire and said "Diagon Alley" as loud and clear as she could. She spun around and around tucking in her elbows as hermom used to advise her. Finally she fell out of the fireplace in the Leaky Cauldron in a heap.
"Smooth" she heard James say. She picked herself up and glared at her brother. "Yeah whatever" she said.
Soon her mom came spinning into view and she stepped out of the fireplace elegantly. "How was it Lily?" she asked to which she got an answer from James saying "It obviously went magnificently,owing to the fact that Lils' clothes are as black as the night itself." and then he burst into laughter.
"James!" Harry scolded him. "Well, well. ready to see Uncle Ron, again?" they heard a voice say from the direction of the door.

This is the first chapter of this book. It's ok actually. I really owe the person who invented the fixing spelling mistakes thing on word. A shoutout to that dude because you saved my life from most spelling errors. duh.
