Who loves me?

Intro

"Boom", "Boom" I heard as I was about to cross the street. I hid from the car I heard the gun shot from and as I was hiding I saw a man get thrown out of the car.
When the car drove by I started walking as quick as I can acting as if I didn't see anything, but that's when the man started crying out. " Help me", " Please help" and of course since kindness over rules me I went over to the man lying on the ground with blood all over trying to help him get to the hospital and that's when a cab went by and using the little money I had on me I stopped the cab and he drove us to the hospital, but with these hospitals in Londen they couldn't treat the patient without you paying first and mind you I'm very poor but since my parents raised a kind hearted child I payed for his cure with the last of my money I had on me to buy me and my little sis food for tonight,and I just put it on a stranger that I don't even know.
