Ready Set Go

Chapter 3

Kayla's POV

I woke up at 10:00. Dang, longest I've ever slept in. Is that bad for a teenager to say that? Oh well! I decided to text JC and start getting ready.

Me- "Hey hey! When do you want us to come over?"

I sent the text and got in the shower before the girls woke up. I did my stuff and got out. I decided to wear leggings and a One Direction concert t-shirt. Since we are just going go hang out at the house and chill, I decided to dress comfy. I sat on the bed as Tia woke up.

"Morningggggg" She said sitting up and stretching out across the bed.

"Can you guys like shut up. It's 11:30 and I'm supposed to be sleeping still." Nicole says sitting up then falling backwards again.

"I'm going to the shower before you do!" Tia yelled grabbing her bag and running my bathroom.

"You win!" Nicole yelled not moving.

I laughed at them and picked up my phone.

~1 new message~

It's from JC.

JC- "Hey there:) and come over anytime after 1:00 here's the directions to my place."

Me- "Okay! See you soon."

I saved the directions in my phone and put my phone down.

"So what time are we leaving?" Nicole said rolling over to get her phone.

"Well we can go anytime after 1:00 and its 12:00 now." I said getting up to open my curtains.

"Then let's leave at 1:00 or so." Nicole said scrolling through her social media.

"Okay, sounds good with me." I said jumping back on my bed.

"I'm going to get ready then." Nicole said rolling to the floor to her bag.

"You're not going to shower?" I said looking at her sit still half asleep in front of her bag.

"Nope! Not really feeling it." She said throwing her outfit on my bed.

"Okay, you do you!" I said holding my hands up.

Tia finally came back into the room dressed and ready to go. She was wearing leggings and a white tee with a jacket and her sneakers. She did light makeup. Nicole wore her black nike shorts and a white nike shirt with her converse. She also did light make up. By the time we all got ready it was 1:30.

"Well, so much for leaving at 1!" I laughed as we all grabbed our phone and whatever else we needed.

"Eh! It's all good!" Nicole said walking down the stairs.

We all got down there and I told my mom where we were going and we took off.

I hope this goes well...

JC's POV

"WAKE UP!!!" I yelled shaking all the guys.

Trevor, Ricky and Connor woke up just fine and sat up on the couch. On the other hand...

"Kian, Sam! Get up!" I said pushing them off the couch. "We have girls coming over and have to get this living room ready for us all to hang out in!" I said as we all started to slowly get ready.

"Is it that girl you had your eyes on in the mall?" Trevor said as he threw blankets on the couches.

"Maybe..." I said trying to play it cool.

"Hold on. Is she bringing her two friends because one of them is my type" Sam said smirking and laughing it off.
"But for real." He said getting serious again.

"Yes, she's bringing her two friends, I didn't want her feeling uncomfortable." I said as I heard the doorbell ring.
