This theory will just focused on RUN JAPANESE VERSION tho I will get some on their other MV's.
Ok lets start... some of my theories are all focused on INU+PRO+RUN KOR VER. So this time, I will focused on RUN Japanese Version. So here's the catch, RUN Japanese Version is just their DREAMS, they're locked in in their own dreams. Why I said so? Is it because, I noticed that almost of the scenes are them alone. There's no particular scene, seen in the MV, them together, talking or whatsoever. Just them together dancing their choreo, but its not counted. All the MV's are commonly like that. I just find it weird that there's no scene, them being together, like in I NU, PRO and RUN KOR VER. So I thought that, RUN Japanese Version, is just their DREAM.
[I did a search about 'DREAM MEANINGS.' So I will explain the symbols I've noticed in RUN Japanese Version. Cause I assumed that, the RUN Japanese Version, is all just their DREAMS.]
Lets start with Jimin, Jimin scene is him, in a glass tank, motionless. Then we saw him struggling as if he's drowning. So drowning in dream depicts fear of being overwhelmed by difficult emotions or anxieties and also about struggling to survive as a person. Jimin is overwhelmed by difficult emotions and he's struggling to survive to the loss of his friends.

J-Hope scene, is in a room with white feathers. Dreaming about feather means to travel or move freely in life and it also indicates innocence or a fresh start in a spiritual sense. So as I understood on its meaning, J-Hope can possibly be still alive, maybe he realized that committing suicide or doing whatsoever is not good for him. Maybe he decide to just let go and moved on and start a new. OR, it can possibly mean that, J-Hope can already be dead, that after all the pain he feel and struggled, on the other life, he can move freely and start a new (Im sorry if I got you more confused in here. Cause, I am too, im still confused.)

Rapmon scene is inside the phone booth/payphone and the background is in pure black. To use a payphone in your dream represents a message or advice that comes with a price. And being in a black/dark place means that you are waiting for something to happen. You are curious to see what might develop in a situation. Black symbolizes the unknown, the unconscious, danger, mystery, darkness, death, mourning and rejection. In this, I can say that, Rapmon really talked with V over the phone, it can prove that, that the'Hyung' V called on the Prologue is Rapmon. Advice that comes with a price, did Rapmon adviced V just to commit suicide? And he's just waiting for what will happened next? Death and Mourning. So V really did died.
