Chapter eighteen\\ - Good Luck With That.

-"I hate to be "that" guy but why have you dragged me to the broom closet?" Leonard asked as the large door to the small room closed.

-"Don't think so highly of yourself, I know why you are here and I'm here for the same reason" Daisy said as she started to knock on the vent.

Leonard knew what Daisy was talking about.

-"I don't need a partner" Leonard said and took out his gun and it started to glow a blue-ish color.

Daisy looked at Leonard's gun, -"You had that in your pocket this hole time...?" Daisy asked and raised her eyebrows. Leonard nodded his head with a little bit of a smiled.

-"Ahh" Daisy said and the metal square that covered the vent hole into the wall opened, and now a million possibility had opened up.

-"Like I said, I don't need a partner" Leonard said as Daisy climbed inside the vent and disappeared.

-"Are you just going to be a pain in the ass or are you coming?" Daisy called out from the vent.

—End-Of-Flashback—

-"Is this going to take all day? Because I was supposed to fix my nails at 7?" Daisy asked and rolled her eyes, it was a heated moment. Daisy held her gun aimed at Vostok and the crazy bitch was aiming  her gun at Leonard's throat.

Vostok only rolled her eyes at Daisy's comment, even Leonard was rolling hi eyes at the immortal girl.

-"Professor Stein, your comrade here tells me you know quite a bit about this project of mine. Very good. You and I have much to discuss." Ms. Vostok said and Daisy glanced down on to the first floor, seeing Stein walking out of the room holding a grey suit case.

Now, it was Daisy's turn to roll her eyes, Stein should have taken the back door and not walked right into the trap. Daisy kept one eye on Stein and one eye on Leonard.

The guards that had started gathering around Stein removed the grey suitcase and arrested Stein, Daisy wouldn't be so easily taken away and the immortal girl wouldn't go down without a fight or at leased 5 dead bodies. 

-"What are you waiting for? You forget how to use that thing?" Leonard said and glanced over at Vostok.

Daisy immediately replied, -"Don't" the gun clicked and Daisy held her gun aimed at Vostok without even flinching.

-"My employer, Mr. Savage, would very much like to meet you two, and the rest of your friends." Vostok said and pushed Leonard forward but Vostok was till standing right behind him and Daisy didn't have a clear shot and there for she would not risk shooting Leonard.

-"Careful what you wish for." Leonard said and he had a small smile in the corner of his lips.

Leonard mouthed something towards Daisy, "Stay down" and the strawberry blonde girl furred her eyebrows, she was surprised until she heard Mick's voice. -"This where the party's at?" and fired his fire - gun.

Daisy felt Leonards body covering hers, he was protecting Daisy from the fire from Mick's gun.

How was it humanly possible for Mick to fire his gun and the fire reached about 20 meters... Like how?
