Chapter 17 { Make Up }

"I don't get it! Why does he have to side against me?! I thought we were friends." I moped into Archer's shoulder. He just played with my long hair.

"He's siding with Fury, but his known me longer! He ignored me first, so I I gored him, he didn't do anything about it, what kind of friend is he? I should say ex-friend, but I don't want it to be that way, but there's no way in hell I'm going to try and make this better when it's his fucking fault! "said whining.

"This conversation fells very one-sided." I acknowledged.

"Hey, why are you acting like this its not the end of the world?" He finally spoke.

"True." I sighed.

We sat there in silence, well he played with my hair. My thoughts ran crazy with everything and everyone. My mind went a mile a minute.

"Hey you're not supposed to be here!" Nova yelled at the man at the computer. Also goes by Archer.

Archer wasn't worried one bit about getting caught. He was actually relieved once he figured out who had found him. A devilish smirk couldn't help but appeared on his face, well he sat at the computer.

As the man risen, excitement flooded him.

I watched as earth 1 something somethings Justice League fought against some aliens I forgot the name of. I had my popcorn and red and white striped lawn chair out. Watching the destruction, was exciting. This earth's JL had a habit of destroying things and doing nothing about it.

Before me was some random city (probably Gotham) engulfed in fire. It was beautiful in its own special way.

Destruction of something great, disappearing in a hour. Well it took centuries to create. Like an eraser to a failed drawing.

"I've been waiting for the chance to punch you." Archer declare.

"Same." Sam retorted.

"And why is that?" Archer enquired.

Nova only growled and aimed a blast at Archer, which only ended up scorching the floor.

"Is it because I'm much more handsome than you? My luck with the ladies? Robin? Or is it this?" Archer showed off his tattoo on his forearm. The tattoo that showed you apart of Quantum's group.

That made Nova madder. That he did something stupid. He send himself and Archer through the flying helicarrier and into the air. Well Nova could fly. Archer could not, and he couldn't survive the impact of the fall. So he did the only sensible thing. With wide eyes, he screamed his head off.

As New York came closer and closer. He shut his eyes and shielding himself.

Only to be stopped by a laughing fool. At the last second Nova (who was laughing) grabbed Archer's shirt and stopped him from falling, but seconds later dropped him on the roof of a building.

Archer recovered minutes later after being scared for his life. Nova couldn't stop balling his eyes out in laughter.

"WHY YOU LITTLE BITCH!!" Archer snarled. Then punched Nova off this high rocker and pinned him to the edge of the building. Sam's helmet went flying off to the streets.

"You're so small yet you do so much damage." Archer's grip on Sam's shirt tightened. "You are some real big idiot, aren't you!? Maybe if you weren't so stupid you'd fix this with Robin!"

Sam would have been scared if he wasn't angered. He kicked Archer in the knee and made a run for his helmet on the ground. Archer doubled over, after began the race for the Nova helmet.

They raced down the building their own way. Well Sam decided to run down the stairs. Archer jumped from balcony to balcony.

They both made it 10 feet away from the helmet. Before either of them could reach the helmet, Ari in a TMNT Raphael onesie, grabbed the helmet just in time.

"Now STOP IT!!" Ari screamed at the 2 men, in her mind boys. She glared at them.

Kyle came running out wrapped tightly in a large Attack On Titan blanket, to see what was going on. Seeing what happened he snuck a thumbs up at Archer behind Ari's back. So she wouldn't see.

"Explain!"she yelled.

Archer and Sam both spoke at once. They talked, then screamed over each other. Until they ended up in a fistfight.

"Kyle separate them!" Ari commanded.

"Little busy!" Kyle yelled back, trying to untangle himself from the blanket. He rolled around on the ground in attempts to release himself from his beloved blanket. Once Ari had enough and Ari untangled Kyle. Then punched Archer and Sam in the face.

"It's Archer's fault!" Sam put all the blame on Archer.

Sam's words angered Kyle for blaming his best friend. "Maybe you blaming others is why my baby sister hates you so much!" Kyle huffed.

Sam stormed away, but listened to what Kyle said.

After storming away Sam calmed down after along time and decided to pull out his phone. He stared long and hard at the speed dial for Robin's phone number. After waiting long enough the hotdog man next to him told him to just call. Leading to a troubled and furious Robin on the other line. After apologizes and lots of yelling they made up. But they would never have the same friendship they did as kids.

On the other side of the city, Archer was on the phone with his dear brother.

At Ari's apartment, Ari and Kyle were singing the Attack On Titan theme song, well neighbours told them to shut up multiple times.

Sage was dealing with love issues.

Feray snuck out again.

And the author of this book is lip singing Heathens by TOP, because a certain author got her hooked on the song. ( -comics )
