Trust only your instincts. After all, if you expect something, your body will fool you into believing it exists. Your eyes will show you what you want to see. Your ears will hear what you want them to. The people you trust will lie. But, your instincts, they alone are brutally & mercilessly honest... - JEI

My eyebrows furrowed in thought on its own accord as the six of us head outside to where the catastrophe was occurring. Something about this wasn't right. One, how did they find us so quickly and know exactly where we are; especially since we were a gang? Two, if said guns are blazing along with screams, shouldn't Ty be worried about cops catching them?

I push my thoughts aside when 'bangs' travel to my ear. The glass doors slide open, giving me a view of flipped trash cans, men with barricades surrounding the hotels front perimeter, and the colors of the triads hair.

The twin was exaggerating; the shots were only being shot here and there. Said guns blazing and screaming turned out to not be true.

My brother's voice breaks the staring contest amongst the three and supposedly our men."Triad, what did I tell you about coming here?" My brother all but chuckles.

"Like we listen to you," Darkie scoffs. His voice sounded off, but considering the situation I'm in right now, I didn't take much notice of it. For some reason, their rudeness seemed to irritate my brother.

Ty shakes it off before he snickers and turns his attention to me, "Well, what are you waiting for? Show me what you got and if you were really worthy of what you did." Did he not believe me?

My eyes widen before my voice comes out panicked, "I thought you were going to show me how it's done?"

"Boys, you remember this little one don't you?" He nods his head towards me, ignoring my cries of refusal.

"The girl that tied us up?" His voice was calm and steady. I would've been pissed if I were tied to a chair. Most of all I would've killed the person who did that to me especially if they were right in front of me. Something was really off, or he was just emotionless. This all was messing with my head though. How did they know for sure I was "little one"? He didn't even spare me a glance right now.

"Yes, the girl that tied you up, I have a name you know?" I retorted back.

"Dee," Ty grumbles and nudges me before turning back to them, "Go easy on her, she's a bit of a noob".

Before I know it, Ty pushes me past the barricades and the triads are a few steps away from me. My eyes dart back and forth from Ty and the triad. I take a quick second to glare at Ty before giving the three my full undivided attention.

"Hey there," I nervously laugh, sweat already forming on my forehead. I take a quick glance at all their hands and stop when I see the one thing that could end my life in a click. "Ty, they have guns," I dared not turn around and taking my eyes off the guns.

"Boys, wouldn't you mind playing fair with the little one over here," as Ty takes his time to say that my plan is put into action. As the guns are being thrown over their shoulders I take the few seconds I have and kick Blondie in between his legs. Sissy move, but I'm trying to fight fewer guys, not more. Luckily I chose the most muscular guy. His muscles could have beaten my face into a pulp in barely a second.

Blondie's groan was like the gunshot in a horse's race, except this wasn't a horse race but rather a fight of two boys against one girl. All hell breaks loose either setting. And that's exactly what happened. Okay, I'm a bit over exaggerating when I say "all hell breaks loose" and how "that's exactly what happened" but either way I really hope my life doesn't end in the next five seconds.
