You're looking for a way to survive instead you find me
It just so Happens that I'm taking a life
You've never been so kind
So hold my hand and leave me here to die
We're both dancing in the rain
You could never tell when I caved
I was told we could never be the same
Would it be better if I stayed?
All of these mystifying lies
I just want to go home tonight
My aspiration to feel alive, to breathe again, simply feel again
I'm in solitary when you're not around
You call me a monster
I call you a dream
If you have no answers than stop pretending to be me
Take these memories
Someone take them from me
Take all I am
Becuase this whisper is haunting me
A paper so thin yet cuts so deep
I stood there hoping you'd find me
Arms open , hear me softly
I only crave you darling
Breathe me in and hold me closely
Until my words sink in and you become my serenity
