Usually the things that are normal in my life.
Is fighting for my mom's attention from her asshole of a boyfriend
Having to pretend that you are nice to get yourself out of trouble
Smile like you are not really in pain
Acting like you actually don't give a damn even if your world is slowly disintegrating right before your very eyes
Checking your phone 24/7 with the hope someone might remember you without you reminding them of your existence
Giving a thumbs up to someone cause you know they need it
But at the back of your mind you are aware they will not do the same for you
Looking at the same corner for the hundred times like it is only the first time
Hoping that by some miracle he will just appear out of that corner
Looking at the same date of the month and wonder if they still remember
Feeling shitty of oneself and looking for an outlet to make oneself feel better
Hooking up with random strangers you met on the way or in the internet
Feeling pretty and sexy when in the reality you felt the opposite
Being a monster to that one person who shows you how nice the world is not because you just want to
But rather you don't remember how to be genuine appreciative of somebody else
Having to be in a group of people who don't give a damn about your well being
But making sure you always attend your so called friendship consisting of alcohol and smoke
Making your life a living hell just because you don't want to be part of the norms
Making rude comments at someone else back and gossiping it with someone you trust
Not knowing that the person you trust relay the message to the third person she also trust
Being batshit angry at someone and doing nothing cause killing might lead to jail time
Loving the stars cause it represent all the dreams you have
Holding your breath while looking at the sunset hoping for a miracle
