I couldn't sleep that night. All I could think of was that kiss. The kiss. I had a great day with him and it ended on such a good note. But, I couldn't help but think that everything was going too fast. I mean, I barely even knew him. Today was the first time I had seen him, ever, and he had already kissed me. I liked it, I did, but I didn't expect it to happen and it felt rushed.

I brushed my thoughts away and had a look at my phone. I had three missed calls from Blake. Oh. I totally forgot about him. I don't even know what caused his behavior to change. It was late, but I called Rosa. She was the best person to talk to right now. I rang her up and told her everything.

"You're so oblivious to everything, Stells. He likes you! Blake likes you. "

The next morning, I woke up and got ready for school. Shit, I didn't have a ride to school today. I'm sure Blake must have left already and I had no one to go to school with. I sit on the top of the kitchen counter, eating a granola bar with my phone in my hand, trying to figure out whether to text Blake or not.

Hey Blake, um I really don't know what happened or what to say, but you've been ignoring me a lot lately. Yes, I noticed. Please text me back when you can.

My mind was debating on whether to text Blake or not. I closed my eyes and pressed send.

*message could not be sent.Do you want to try again?*
No.

I had no ride to school, and if I didn't mention, my mum needed the car as she had to run some errands. I decided to walk to school, even though it was a 15 minute walk. As I mentioned before, me and athletics are never a good combination, and running isn't an exception. I had a naturally tall and slim figure, which I'm thankful for, I never really had to 'work out' for it, though I do hit the gym once in a while.

I walked out of the house and just as I was about to cross the road, a red car zoomed past me and stopped right ahead of me. A guy, none other than Alex Ross himself, came out from the car and walked towards me.

"Need a ride, huh?"

This is JUST a filler chapter. I don't really like it, and I'm sorry that it's really really short. But it was important for "some reasons", which you'll know. So, yeah as I always say, next update surely WILL be longer and don't mind if it takes some time to be published. :) ily guys
