||STELLA'S POV||I hate mornings. I glance at my phone, oh shit, I have like, 1 hour to get ready. I'm so late. I quickly make my way out of bed and take a look in the mirror. I really need to fix that hair. I make my way towards the shower and decide that my hair looks okay today, and I washed them yesterday so I can skip a hair wash today. There's nothing what a little dry shampoo can't fix. I knew it was a bad idea to decide not to pick my outfit out last night. I was too tired from shopping, and thought I'd have time in the morning to do so. I think I'll wear shorts. Denim or lace? Denim for sure today. I shave my legs, successful in not cutting myself, which I manage to do almost every time.
I do my hair and make up, pack my gym bag, I have no time for breakfast so, I skip it. I can always stop by Jamba Juice to grab a smoothie. Remember when I told you that my parents restrict short-shorts outside the house? Well, they won't restrict me wearing them under some jeans, would they? I'm a rebel that way. Good thing my mom is busy in the kitchen and dad is in Germany for some business requirements and won't be back for at least 2 months or so. They won't see Blake's car outside.
Meet Blake Till, one of my best friends in school (after Rosa, of course). During my freshman year in high school, Blake was my biology lab partner and we became really good friends. His popularity level was really high, and that boosted mine too. And no, I was not using him. He genuinely is a really good friend and is with me all the time. Everyone thinks I'm dating him. I really like him but no, not that way. I can never think of him as a boyfriend, ew no. I type a text asking him where he is. I instantly get a reply back.
Blake: I'm out, come fast. Rosa's gone with Luke, I don't know, they had to stop by to buy some project shit or something.
I chuckle at his reply and slide my phone in my pocket. I honestly hope mom won't see Blake outside. Since Blake and I are so close, she knows his family and him well. But she won't allow me to travel in the same car as him to school. Why you ask? Well, she just doesn't want people to form the wrong ideas about us. I scurry out the door, and quickly get in his car.
"Why the rush, kittie?", he asks with a sly smirk. I always hated that name he gave me.
"Shut up and drive".
"Jamba Juice, is it?"
"You know me too well", I reply and he gives me a kiss on the cheek.
I quickly go to Jamba Juice, place my order and while it arrives, I rush to the washroom and remove my jeans.
I hurry back, and take my smoothie.
"Nice shorts", Blake says. I thank him and we drive away to one hell of a place, school.
