This is just a get to know. Just in case anyone was wondering the characters background stories and their powers. Also this story takes place in 2015. Let's get started.
First up the baddest bitch(who was a really big pussy before)
Mariah
Born: March 22, 2002.
Current age in story- 13
Story: Was born and raised by her mother in Dallas, Texas. Was a loner for all elementary , eventually made friends in middle school. A week after her 13th birthday her mother died(what a shame).
Her powers-
Known powers: ice and teleportation
Unknown powers: invisibility, wind, mind control, copying attacks from opponents.
Next is Mr. Mcflirty (idk I'm sorry)
Igneous
Born: May 27, 2001
Current age in story- 14
Story: No one knows who are his parents or what exactly happened to them. He was found near the orphanage causing trouble with his powers, so he was taken in.
Powers: fire, fast speed, camouflage, fast healing.
Next my favorite character
Raiden
Born: October 13, 2000
Current age in story- 15
Story: His parents worked with the Fire family, they were both scientists. Once the Fire family found out his mother was pregnant with him and his brother, they asked for her to use one of the child as a "lab rat". She refused, and the Fire leader got mad. 5 years later her and her husband made an injection for someone to be immortal. The Fire Leader asked for it, but they refused to give it to him. Since they refused the fire family decided to get rid of them. Raidens parents decided to leave the place. They took Raiden and Raidens twin brother, Skyler. When they were in the private jet they decided to give one of the child's the injection. They tried making another one while in the jet but unfortunately the Fire soldiers found them and shot at them both. Raiden cried, but Skyler didn't even shed a tear. They took both of them back. After that incident Skyler seemed to hate Raiden. They made Skyler as a soldier and used Raiden as a lab rat.Since Raiden cried a lot the Fire leader used his powers to make Raiden have no emotions. He got tired of being there so he then escaped at the age of 10. He then ended up in the Directors old home, she then took him to the orphanage.
Next is Dorothy and Julian

Born: February 5, 2000
Current age in story- 15
Power: conjuration (create things from nothing)
Dorothy
Born: June 18, 1999
Current age in story- 16
Power: cloning(she can also clone other people)
Their story: Julian's and Dorothy's parents had divorced. Their mother was a teacher and their father was a doctor he also had powers. They had a pretty good life, or at least that's what both of them thought. Her mother was very depressed after her divorce, but acted happy. Until one day she left her children at home with their babysitter. She started driving, later stopped at a gas station and bought beer. She then got drunk and crashed with another car. The people in the other car survived but she died. Their father later took care of them and tested if they had powers it turned out they both did. Since he was a doctor, had a very busy schedule and was also getting old, he didn't think he could take care of them so decided to put them up for adoption at the Cadrette orphnage.

Current age in story- 14
Power: flying(has wings, just in case you needed me to specify)
Story: parents abandoned since being born. Was tooken into the Cadrette orphanage.

Current age in story- 14
Power: mimicking any sound or voice
Story: was abandoned at the age of 2. Was later found and tooken in the Cadrette orphanage.

Samantha
Born: September 10, 2002
Current age in story- 13
Power: casting any shadow.
Story: was taken away from parents at the age of 6. Into the orphanage since parents didn't take care of her. She didnt go to school, she usually didn't eat, was always dirty.
